Be aware - Although the specifications say that media is included, it's not. No CD. All you get is an activation code to use once you download the software. There isn't even a document telling you where to download the software from. I had to chat with Quicken to get the correct download link. Other than that, software works as expected.

The description on this particular item said "PHYSICAL" and the notes described it as a physical disc that could be placed into the computer to use - NOT AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION CODE! The item was mailed to me in an envelope and the product box was smashed when it arrived - I knew right away it wasn't a physical disc as described. I asked for a return and it was accepted. I sent it back as instructed - UNOPENED!!!!! Someone on the receiving end opened the box and then taped the heck out of it with shipping tape and sent it back to me stating it was not a returnable item. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DECEIVING IN THEIR DESCRIPTION!

Having used QuickBooks in my business for 30+ years, i find Quicken underwhelming in just about all areas. However, for individuals I can see how it would work well.
