I switched to the Mac version a year ago after using the Windows version in a vm on my Mac for almost 7 years. The Mac version was so bad it wasn't worth using. I don't know if it is because of Quicken and Inuit splitting, but the Mac product is much improved, more like (but not identical) to the Windows version, and they have very responsive customer support. I use a local Credit Union and when downloads stopped working I thought I was going to be out of luck, but support responded and resolved the issue in a couple of days (they had to change the code to communicate with my CU). I'm not thrilled with the subscription pricing model, but any other product that can direct download from you bank has some kind of subscription based fee and Quicken is less or the same as most others.

I've been using this application for many years, and enjoy having the ability to download a copy on my Mac and access it online for Windows computers. I always have the most current version due to the automated upgrade check that runs when needed. A handy feature is the ability to connect directly to my banking institutions and feed account information directly into the application. The report feature is straightforward to use and can be a detailed as you want. I highly recommend Quicken software.

It has been a shaky separation from Intuit with a good amount of bugs over the last couple years, but things have finally stabilized. You can post all the concerns you want on their website, but never get any type of status from the company. I hate any subscription software and that will be the end of this software for me. But if I continue to find good deals like I have in the last 3 years I might remain a customer. If not I will eventually leave. To bad as I have alway enjoyed this product.

The product in itself, is great. I have been using Quicken since 2000. I don't like the whole subscription thing or that they changed it from 3 years My problem with this purchase was I ordered it, using the digital downloads, and it wouldn't download. The link didn't work. I tried speaking with geek squad to resolve the issue and they couldn't fix it and tried to say they needed to remote into my computer? Really? To fix a link on your website that isn't working? Get out of here. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I had to stop what I was doing bc I couldn't use the program and wait until the next day to finish my work. The most aggravating experience I have ever encountered with a best buy purchase. I would recommend the product to a friend, just not purchasing a digital download through bestbuy.

I have been using Quicken as long as I can remember. My parents turned me on to it in high school to manage money made in babysitting, it helped me manage my budget through college, pay off bills after and face adulting head-on. It has slowly changed appearance but I think all changes so far have been good. It is extremely user friendly and the customizable features and integration with TurboTax are really the selling points for me. I have used it for Windows up until this last month as I have now switched to a Mac. The file transfer was flawless. Any difficulties with this version have been related to learning how to navigate a Mac rather than the software itself. All in all I highly recommend and can't imagine managing my budget without it.

I've been using Quicken for 20+ years. I started off using it as a check book register and to keep track of credit card purchases. Over the years I've added investments, mortgages and home value. Quicken is an excellent way to see where you've been, show you your net worth, and let you know where you are going with their planning tool so you can see the impact of life decisions. I credit Quicken to helping my wife and I to retire early. Quicken 2019 had some bugs out of the box, but automatic updates eventually took care of all the major issues.

Got I wanted. Downloaded the software. Problem during the download. Tried help center and they are useless. Didn't know what they are talking about. No clue with this software about downloading. The instructions did not match for this software. After several tries with the help center, then lady who came on the line was the only one who helped and the download instructions were entirely different which finally worked. Help center is useless.

Good software to keep tracks of investments. Pretty easy to use and synch up with accounts

Quicken user for over 20 years. Best program on the market. Easy to use and easy to maintain accounts. Some account imports can be slightly off for some reason.

Quicken is quicken. Great program. This version is quite a bit different from what I’m used to. I just moved from Windows 2017. So I’m not sure if it’s the year or platform that makes it so different. But it’s good to work with once you get used to it.

Not really much to say other than it's standard issue Quicken software on subscription. Not a fan of the annual price but there's not really any competition so I keep on using it.

Using TurboTax is easy to use. I felt guided through the process for the most part. One issue I do have is with the price. E-filing a state return is 20 bucks. Why can't this be included in the price of the product?

I have used Quicken for many years and it does what I need it to do. However if you get the download version from Best Buy you cannot download it from them. You have to go to the Quicken website and enter code. This was not explained upon purchase and it took some research before I figured out why I could not get software.

I had the 2000 version of Quicken and decided to update. The 2019 version is fine but I like the old version better... it all depends on what you are use to

After a computer crash and professional restore my Quicken 2003 would not reload. All I need and want is a basic checkbook program, but I had to buy a newer version that would run on 64 bit W10. So I bought this on sale. I have mostly gotten used to the differences from Q03, but there are some annoyances I have to work around. I will figure it out eventually, I am sure.

I've been a user of the Windows version for decades, and decided to move Quicken to my Macbook. Converting was easy, since you just need to bring the data file from Windows over to the Mac and import it. This version has a significantly different user interface than the the one I had been using (again, over 10 years old), so it takes some getting used to. One thing I noticed is that the deposits made on the same day are not placed before the withdrawals for the day, which I thought was not how accounting is done. You'll end up with an overdraft amount on some mid-day values, even though the result of the day is a positive because of a large deposit. It might be a configurable item, but I haven't found it yet. Otherwise, it's a good piece of software for managing your checkbook.

I've used Quicken for years and just updated to the newest version. I absolutely love this product! It does everything that I need to help with paying my bills on time, keeping my check register correct, and balancing my bank statement!! I couldn't ask for more!

I have used this software for years. Recently I ordered a new computer & was without it for a few days. Wow, did I miss it & felt lost not being able to access my financial information. Mainly, use it for keeping track of expenditures & categorizing them for tax purposes.

I have been using Quicken Deluxe for many years. This is the first time that it is offered for a year at a time. I use to use the same program for several years but now Quicken is Intuit now or maybe the other way around. Whatever, I have no choice but to continue so my files stay uptodate.
