I have been a Quicken user since 1993 when I purchased my first home pc. Don't really care for the subscription method, but I like the software to keep track of all of my purchases and finances.

Quicken has been an excellent tool for keeping track of finances. They only thing recently is that there remains a flag across the top of the screen asking to renew membership. I do not like that now it has become a yearly membership. We have been able to continue to use it for what we need it for without becoming yearly members. The flag is just a minor disturbance. I still recommend unless the yearly membership becomes needed.

It’s pricey but it serves all my needs to track my finances. Even my HSA/FSA

5 stars to Best Buy for putting this on sale at a reasonable price so that you can extend your Quicken subscription by a year. 3 stars to the makers of Quicken for forcing you to have a subscription to take advantage of direct uploads from your financial institution. This is one of the better financial tracking software tools so I do continue to purchase year after year.

I have used quicken for probably around 30 years. I feel like the software has only gotten worse over time. Things that used to work no longer work. Transactions that used to automatically download and connect to accounts will randomly stop working and I have to call tech support at least a few times a year which i never used to have to do. Just thos weekend I was trying to figure out why my 401k account had more in it than my quicken showed. There was a transaction in my paycheck that was a line item on the paycheck but wasn't showing up in the account. I had to delete the entire paycheck and re-enter it to clear the issue, but now quicken is confused because it had been a cleared transaction. This type of thing randomly occurs regularly, but mostly it is failed connections to accounts. If I had time, i would definitely be looking for a new company to manage my finances.

It’s basically the only financial software out there since Microsoft money went defunct awhile back. Much easier to use this to balance my bank accounts than by hand. Only wish they didn’t make this a yearly subscription base software since now you have to look for deals around Black Friday.

Purchased to renew my Quicken annual subscription. Worked perfectly; just open Quicken, select the Help menu, Manage Your Subscription, Enter Activation Code. Easy, saved some money by shopping Best Buy.

Used Quicken the last 20yrs. Still satisfied with app.

This is the worst version I have had so far. Never had as many problems downloading as this. I’ve probably used Quicken for 20 plus years and I had less trouble when there wasn’t an annual fee. Can’t just hit the download button, have to backdoor in the settings or download for the institutions.

Worked fine used up grade code easier then CD. Delivery came as planned very easy. I always want fiscal software do not trust down loaded version to many scammers out there.

This version of Quicken is a great product at a great price. It is a good help in tracking personal finances and has an easy to use interface.

I havew used quicken for many years. The only negative is when Quicken changed to a more secure method of downloading data from financial websites. Unfortunately, the process is still causing me problems because I had to create new accounts and now I have to skip the old accounts that it now wants to link.

I love Quicken and have been using it for 30 years. The reason for my purchase was to extend my subscription for a year. Best Buy's price (for a hard version) was much better than download versions from Quicken itself or online retailers. Shame to waste all that packaging, etc. when all I needed was the renewal code. Anyway, if you want to track your income, expenses, investments and finances in general and have the discipline to enter all your transactions, this is the product for you.

I have been using quicken for many years and needed to upgrade to a newer version. I love it.

I have been using Quicken for more than 10 years. It is a good product I can keep a my expenses and investments under control.the reason for 4 stars is now I have to buy a new one every year. Why I have to buy one every year.
