    Unfortunately, this is a dvd release of this fantastic show. Many of these older shows were filmed and could be remastered for HiDef. As it is, these are good quality for the 480 dvd and they are recorded progressive.

    If you like old TV shows like I do you will love the quincy medical examiner series. The older less graphic version of CSI with great story lines on the issues of that period of time. Love it.

    The idea for Csi came from Quincy and without the fancy advance equiptment Csi uses Quincy is just knowledge using the equiptment from then just a great series all around.

    Tosses a little bit of humor in with the crime solving. Good to see a medical examiner not in designer clothes and 4" heels like a lot of the shows now.
