Once I figured the wiring pattern out converting from an old rain bird RC-7C it came on and allows me to water each zone from my iPhone. Still have not learned how to schedule for weekly applications due to time constraints but hope that works as well.

I currently own a Rachio controller, which I love & highly recommend. I purchased this one for a housewarming gift.

I have install numerous smart irrigation controller and Rachio is by far the most user friendly.

Installed and set up easily. The app does all the control and works well from what I can see

It's great being able to control and configure my system from anywhere. I probably could have gone with any simple cheap wifi control system but hoping to make use of the additional features. Need to start learning about those!

Much easier to set up and schedule then previous controllers of used. I also like the way it adjust the schedules for rain wind Etc

Install was super easy and I love turning on my sprinkler system from my phone. It’s like living in the future!

Awesome addictive to the smart home. I havnt been able to get this to attach to HomeKit yet but the standard app is really all you need. I set up a watering calendar already and it goes by weather predictions so if it’s going to rain they won’t water. Really it’s more of a set it and forget it, just don’t forget your password.

Went in pretty easy, had issues connecting to Rachio’s servers. Tech support came through. Took a while waiting for a chat. Once connected, took only a few min (and a diagnostic app) to sort it out. Been running fine for most of a week. I have the Gen 2 at my other place. Working for going on 3 years now. Good stuff.

The system doesn't like Android phones, so it took a little bit to get connected. That has been fixed and it works like it should.

Like the device, app works well. Drawback is app constantly wants to sell you lawn products. I like being able to test stations after mowing and I no longer need to run to the garage- so nice. Water bill was down from last year, but I do have a little more brown- it’s July and that’s probably okay.

The city had to come out and check my sprinkler controller before I could get my rebate. They did and it passed.

This controller was super easy to install with the Rachio app plus the water station setup was a breeze!!
