This is my favorite steelbook set by far. The artwork is gorgeous. This comes with a digital code for all 5 films PLUS an extra digital code for Last Blood the Extended Cut (original 15 minute opening that I love). The 4k physical of Last Blood is the Theatrical Cut of the film. I will note that the Extended Cut on Vudu is only streaming in HDX (1080p) and NOT 4k UHD. This could just be a Vudu issue. My Spartacus 4k digital code didnt become 4k for months on Vudu. So, who knows? The 4k transfers improve as the series progresses. First Blood is nothing demo worthy. Its a nice improvement and has much more detail than the dvd. This film is very dark, so there arent many scenes that will pop on your display. Although, the many explosions in the finale look great! That was definitely the best part of the film regarding picture quality. Rambo First Blood part 2 is a good improvement over the the first film. The PQ improves as the film goes on. Midway through the second act, the film looks wonderful with very few soft spots. The colors are bright and vibrant. The ridiculous amount of explosions are outstanding. This is a good 4k. Rambo 3 keeps the improvement going with more vivid close ups and backgrounds. Again, the explosions!! Rambo 4 is arguably the best picture quality and audio in the series. Rambo Last Blood is my favorite as far as picture quality goes. This is a beauty of a transfer. Very detailed facial features and stitching on clothing. Make sure to check out the digital extended cut. The original opening of the film was a much better re-introduction to the character Rambo in this film than the Theatrical. Also, go easy on this film. This was a small 50 million dollar budget action piece that had some good scenes. This is a much smaller film than the others in the series. I really enjoyed this for what it was and thought some things were really awesome. This also comes with a copy of a nice had written letter from Sly himself. Side Note: I have always had a great experience with Best Buy regarding my shipped items arriving in very good condition. I've heard and witnessed horror stories regarding damaged items. Well, this was the first time I have received anything damaged. The outer casing is dented on the bottom front. It was a slight annoyance, but not enough to kill my buzz. I love the set!

I love this steel book collection! I am a big movie collector and once I saw this I knew I had to pick one up. Worth every penny. Movie Quality is excellent and the art work is breath taken. Now for the downside, unfortunately bestbuy doesn’t do the best job of making sure that the steel books get shipped to the store or home with better protection to prevent damage to the steelbooks. It took me a few different stops to find a store that had a collection that was almost mint. With the cost of these movie collection you would expect to get one without any type of damage. If bestbuy sees this please work on making sure your shipping can treat these few books as a fragile item. Other then that the movie collection is awesome, can’t wait for a Rocky collection.

Gorgeous looking set. Arguably one of the best looking exclusive 4k steelbook sets best buy has ever released. The artwork is simply stunning, i just wish the 4k disk of last blood was the directors cut. I do no recommend having this one shipped unless you want a dented outer case. Also the longer you wait to purchase the more likely you are to get one with a dented case. Better act fast before they are gone and scalpers go to town

This box set is the absolute bomb! The packaging itself is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite sets of steelbooks. We already know the quality of the Rambo series is top notch. I’ve only watched First Blood and the picture is absolutely cleaner but I’ll be honest and say I’ve seen nicer work done on older movies but this is still a stellar transfer. If you are an Action/Rambo fan get this before it sells out!

Rambo 4K steelbook collection is truly my favorite of all my collections. It came with beautiful art on the tin box. The inside is padded and holds the steelbooks nice and snug. Each of the films have there own art with a matte finish. As for the films themselves they look and sound amazing.

Beautiful collection! Poorly packaged by Bestbuy during shipping caused damage to a lot of these sets. Such a shame! I was able to secure one that wasn’t totally destroyed. Each steelbook has a great design. 4K transfers pretty much ends my needs for any future Rambo releases. If you can find one in store go for it! If it has to be shipped to you. Stay away!

Incredible franchise, gets the box set it deserves. Amazing set, killer artwork, and all Steelbooks...plus a note from Stallone himself, and digital codes for all the movies. You can't go wrong with this set.

The steelbook designs are amazing and even the case has a fantastic design. If you want great looking steelbooks and great movies then this product is one that I would recommend.

All 5 movies in a steelbook case the box is metal also very nice artwork. Once i say there were some available it was sold out the day prior, i jumped on it and now their sold out again! Great buy if you can get one..

Received the steelbook box set damaged with dings, dents and box cutter scratch on it... like it was tossed around. Not to mention it looked as if it was previously opened. Returned to Best Buy immediately. My advice is to try and locate at a store before ordering online.

I’m only giving this a 1 star because somehow this was sent to me with dents and scratches. I wouldn’t necessarily blame shipping on this either because of the specific rips in the original plastic. Other than that I’m sure it’s going to be amazing when I can get a replacement.

Great 4k quality in this set except the sound transfers of the first 3 moives could have been better.

Part 1: The Presentation- The outside of the steelbox is great, pretty sturdy and very thoughtful artwork around the back and sides. Steelbooks tend too scratch very easy so I appreciate the way the box holds the movies in place. Each of the steelbooks have some of the best steelboom artwork I've seen, really well done. I'm especially a fan of the First Blood steelbook cover art, something I'll keep probably forever. Part 2: The Discs- First Blood is one of my favorite movies of all time, I've seen it on DVD and bluray many times. I was stunned at how good the movie looked on 4k, the detail and HDR that I can now see is like watching for the first time again. In my opinion First Blood Part 2 was a major drop-off in quality for me, I'm not sure why but maybe it has something too do with how they actually filmed the movie and not with the restoration team. Quality picks back up in the 3rd and carry's on into the 4th and 5th movie. However it's important too note that the first 3 are much older and the last 2 movies were filmed much later on. Part 3: Conclusion- You read the review, go buy the thing if you like the Rambo movies, you won't regret it. Also, best buy, please put as much work into other steelbooks and cover arts as this set. As a child of the 80’s Rambo looms large over my memories. Having re-examined this franchise recently I was surprised to find how nuanced Rambo really is. First Blood is almost shockingly poignant in its depiction of a vet grappling with the horrors of war no longer welcome in his own country. The subsequent sequels turn Rambo into something else entirely. I feel like I’m in the minority here when I say that I actually really liked Last Blood. I feel like it’s tonally the closest the franchise has come to circling back to the original idea of the first movie. This boxset overall is amazing! So much care went into the design of the packaging. The artwork that adorns the outer shell & each individual movie is brilliant! The movies look great to me. Tons of special features that I haven even begun to get all the way through yet. I know some have griped how about the directors cut of Last Blood being digital only but it’s there so that’s fine with me. Believe me when I say as a collector this set is worth owning & will never be topped.

When i got this product at the register the associate asked me the routine "did you find everything all right?" Upon glancing down he goes "yes you did". My girlfriend laughed but we knew exactly what he meant. If you are fascinated with action movies as i am and the best video plus lossless audio then this is a must have. I have all the rambos 4k Adobe atmos on apple tv. But this is truly better than streaming. I bought the sony 4k player plus you got to have an atmos stereo system to get the true value out of these. But best buy also sells klipsch brand so there is that. Warning!!! If you dont like blood and guts stay away from rambo 4 and 5. They are the best ones to me but i like guts and glory

Yes, this box set is a winner. Mine arrived in a box that fit the case like a glove. Luckily no dents or scratches. Amazing steel outer case with foam to hold the steelbook cases in place. Beautiful set with plenty of extras. My only concern is the steelbooks have weak hinge, so not sure how long they will last. They also fit real snug, so you may struggle to remove. I love Rambo, but my least favorites are number 3 and 5. This will be the last Rambo set I will own. More than happy with this set and my steel DVD collectors set.

As a collectors set, this is very well put together. Each film has its own wrap around artwork on a Steelcase that represents it with vibrant color. The movies are shown in amazing HD and all five films come with many features on both 4K and Blu-ray. The set includes not only the digital copies of all 5 films but also a digital copy of the extended version of the fifth entry on the back of a copy of a hand written note from Stallone. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the set can be easily damaged through the mail. I was lucky and my copy only had a small scratch on the corner but many have reported to have had worse damage done to their's through the mail.

Loving the SteelBook but not the dent, been hearing lots of complaints about the SteelBook being dented from shipping..that’s the reason I went to my local BestBuy but it ain’t no different..apparently most of them were dented..was lucky enough to get one that had 1 small minor dent and 10% off which is not huge but something better than nothing..other than that, the artwork on these steelbooks are awesome ..4K transfer is A+ it’s the best it can get..must own for any Rambo fans!

Sadly, my copy came damaged (usually tried to avoid online shipping for steelbooks or box sets if I can), and I couldn’t exchange it as it was sold out by the time I received it, but my local Best Buy (Acworth, GA location) was very helpful and I was able to receive a partial refund for the damages. The outer case was totally destroyed and is unusable, but luckily the inner steelbooks were in good shape and the discs played fine. Docking a star for how poor the packaging was when shipped, but won’t dock more just because of how helpful the employees at my location were.
