The GPS works great but never lasted more than a year before something went wrong with it. I would recommend to get the insurance for it

This the only GPS I used for truck driving, it's easy to use. Sometimes needs exact address. Otherwise hard to enter it. Generally it's really nice equipment to find truck routes

The only bad thing that I saw on n this product is the batterie, dies really fast, beside that its very helpfully.

This was the best equipment we added to our expeditor van. We were using a Garmin NUVI GPS and found ourselves lost more then we wanted. The Garmin was costing us more money in fuel then we were able to afford. So we had decided it was time to purchase a new GPS for our expediter van. After reviewing several different one we decided to purchase the Rand McNally truckers GPS with a 7" screen. It was an excellent choice. It is very accurate, the added features help out more then we thought. Some of the features included a speed warning when we are 6 mph over the posted limit, road construction and low bridges at about 1 mile before we approach. Very helpful add-ons. Unlike the Garmin we never hear recalculating or make a U-turn. We would recommend this GPS to every truck driver

I got this GPS as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! He likes how it allows you to keep track of your log book. It lets you know where local stores, gas stations, truck stops, entertainment, etc are. It keep track of your fuel. It's a pretty nice GPS. A little expensive, but it's worth it.

This product is a must for any trucker. The Incab turn by turn navigation they have (company provided) is worthless. It puts you on wrong streets, wrong roads, and in situations big trucks should never be. The companies lure new drivers with the navigation, but when it reroutes you that's when things go wrong. This navigation device is made for big trucks and keeps you on the right roads and let's you know when there's trouble ahead and how to get around it on roads made for big rigs. The investment pays off every time you use it. There are added trucker tools in the device to help you along in your career. It really is a great product for any trucker.

This GPS is something that will really help if you drive trucks that cannot travel under low bridges or in certain areas. We now have two of these and it has made everything more efficient.

The first time I used this gps the screen froze on me. So I turned it off until the next day. It turned on and has been working well ever since. If you are an owner operator I recommend this gps. Once you get all the settings the way you want it it can be a very helpful tool when driving. It tells you how many miles you drive in each state fuel usages and a whole lot more.

This is perfect for truck drivers. It does crash at times but if updated regularly, via your computer, it's reliable. I'd recommend this gps to my best friends without question.

I really lie the six of the screen. Also the over all ease of use. I like the tell rand and it should correct routing issues next time you connect to your PC. Down falls it has a hard time docking with your PC. One it does it works well. It has routed me on the wrong side of an interchange and had to exit and come Back around. It also doesn't show all route options away from tolls even with the avoid toll option, And haven't figured out how to help it yet. Over it is a good unit, bout like any technology you have to learn to use it. It is not plug in and go.

good product to show non-toll routes as well as best ways to get a trailer into an otherwise too tight load/unload area.

Was looking to replace my 7" Magellan due to not being able to replace the battery when I found this Rand McNally. I checked it out online and in reviews and mostly it was praised,even watched a few you tubes videos about it. Once I had the unit there was and still is a small learning curve but this GPS has been dead on for every address or Long and Lat coordinate I have entered. I have to use longs and lats to find a lot of the cell sites I have crews working on and also travel a lot around the country.The only issue I have with the Rand McNally is you have to pay for the traffic reports where they were free with the Magellan GPS. If I have to buy another GPS it will be the Rand McNally as it has everything that is needed.

This GPS is really good for owner operator or just any driver it keeps track of your mileage per state and many other great features and almost always accurate

Good for a trucker and up to date maps. Let's you know when the maps need up dates. Doesn't take you down truck restricted roads.

Love this GPS. Accurate, shows scales plus times open. Also truck stops and anything I need.
