This was a disappointing purchase. They do not work the way they should. They disconnect from Wi-Fi and blue tooth randomly and multiple times while in use. The shutter button will click and no picture or video. You can say Hey Meta until your blue in the face and nothing. They are heavy and bulky on your face. Worst 500 dollars I’ve ever spent.

I ordered Meta glasses from Best Buy on October 9th as a birthday gift for my husband (his birthday is October 17th). The consultant at the store assured me that the order would be delivered by October 16th.
However, once I made the purchase in the app, it suddenly said “will ship on the 16th,” which already made the delivery late — but I decided to be patient. Well, today is October 21st, and the order is still “processing.” No updates, no emails, no tracking info — nothing.
I finally decided to cancel the order, and to make things even worse, Best Buy is refunding only $379 out of the total $410 I paid (with taxes and fees). How is that even acceptable?
This whole experience is beyond frustrating. Terrible communication, misleading delivery promises, and now incomplete refund? Shame on you, Best Buy. I’m done purchasing from you — this is absolute nonsense. If I could give zero stars I would

Bought em , thought set up was simple ,but couldn't get glasses to pair , try all different ways, try to contact help but just said to make appointment to get help in person from meta , i bought them to take videos of trip i was going on, but they didn't work so they getting returned, set up shouldn't have to be hard especially for what they cost

Product was great but the Sales man was rude and pushy
