⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses
The Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses combine classic Ray-Ban style with genuinely useful smart features. They look and feel like normal sunglasses—lightweight, comfortable, and stylish—so you don’t feel like you’re wearing tech on your face.
The hands-free camera is great for capturing quick photos and videos, and the quality is solid for everyday use and social media. The open-ear speakers are a standout: music, calls, and podcasts sound clear while still letting you hear what’s going on around you. Voice commands work well and make controlling everything easy.
Battery life is good for casual daily use, but heavy video recording or long listening sessions will drain it faster. The charging case helps, but frequent users will need to recharge regularly. The recording indicator light is a nice privacy touch, though some people may still feel a bit self-conscious wearing camera-equipped glasses.
Pros:
• Stylish, classic Ray-Ban design
• Clear audio and good call quality
• Easy hands-free photos and videos
• Comfortable for all-day wear
Cons:
• Battery drains faster with heavy use
• Not meant to replace your phone
Overall: A great choice if you want smart features in a discreet, stylish package. Perfect for capturing moments, listening to audio, and staying connected without pulling out your phone.
If you want, I can make this even shorter (Best Buy “top review” style) or adjust the tone to be more enthusiastic or more critical.

They do come in two different sizes. I added my progressive prescription into mine. Sound quality is really good. I've added live translation which was very helpful when I traveled to Punta Cana, D.R. for vacation. Photo's are of really good quality with a record time of up to 5 minutes. The glasses do last a good 7 to 8 hours with a super fast charging case.
Overall I give them a 5 so far.

I absolutely love my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. They look and feel just like classic Ray-Bans—stylish, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear all day—yet they quietly pack an incredible amount of tech. The audio quality is surprisingly clear for open-ear speakers, and calls sound great on both ends. Being able to take photos and videos hands-free is a game changer, especially for capturing moments naturally without pulling out my phone.
The Meta features are where these really shine. Voice commands are fast and intuitive, and it feels genuinely futuristic to ask a question or capture something I’m seeing in real time. Battery life has been solid for daily use, and the charging case is convenient and well designed. Most importantly, they don’t feel like “gadgets”—they feel like normal glasses that just happen to be very smart.
If you want wearable tech that’s practical, discreet, and genuinely fun to use, the Ray-Ban Meta glasses deliver. Easily one of my favorite tech purchases—worth every penny.

Major Upgrade

A major upgrade from the Gen 1’s. The extended battery life from casual use is great and the 3K resolution is pretty good. I’m excited for the 1080p at 60fps but that hasn’t rolled out yet!
Listening to Spatial Audio with these on is pretty cool too.
The audio playback quality is decent for what it is (literally on the side of your head)
The only complaint I really have with them is their tendency to overheat when using outside or for extended filming, but it’s kind of the same with GoPros. So you kind of have to film around that.
I’m definitely happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see how much these things improve as the updates roll out!
I also work in construction and dust and sweat hasn’t broken these things yet!
Thanks for leaving us such a detailed review for your new Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 AI glasses!
We love to hear that you upgraded to the second generation of our glasses, and we are even more thrilled to hear that they have exceeded your expectations!

I loved the Meta Wayfarer Large right away. I originally bought the regular size with gray Transitions and matte frames, but returned them because they didn’t fit my face well and caused mic issues on calls. The Large fits much better and fully resolved that. I was unsure about the green transition at first, but it’s darker than the gray and I prefer it. The shiny frame is easier to keep clean. Calls are crystal clear and I use them daily for work, which means fewer charges since I rarely use video. Not constantly touching my phone has made me more productive. I do hope future updates allow video with apps like FaceTime and other standard use cases. I realize that is more on Apple than Meta, but the potential here is huge. I have no regrets.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such an amazing review.
We are happy to hear that you have found the size that fits your face perfectly and is not causing any audio issues while on calls and that you are happy with the darker green transition lenses.
And that you are being more productive in your job with having to touch your phone less as you are able to make phone calls with the glasses.
We wish you a wonderful rest of your day!

These are much more useful than I though. Honestly bought as a "splurge" thinking they would end up collecting dust on a shelf. I'm not an "influencer" and really don't record too much action footage (some Bike stuff every now and then). Where these excel, is the amazing voice audio quality. These are an outstanding alternative over earbuds for phone calls, or podcasts while out on a walk. The audio is crystal clear all while you can easily hear your surrounding environment. The AI features are okay. Coming from a Gemini user, this will seem a little more basic - however, still useful. I have recorded some video (3K) clips - on my Bike and finishing a 5K, the video quality and stability is remarkable! Think of these as a very effective tool in your phone "accessory belt." RayBan quality lens is the high quality you would expect. While not too cumbersome, they do become a little uncomfortable after an hour - the slightly higher weight over normal sunglasses is noticed after a while.

I've been wearing these Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 smart glasses for about a month now, and they have quickly become my go-to accessory for both everyday style and hands-free tech convenience. The matte black frame with those polarized gradient graphite lenses gives them a sleek, understated vibe that's perfect for everything from casual weekend hikes to city commutes—timeless Wayfarer design without screaming "I'm wearing gadgets."
First off, the fit is spot-on for larger faces like mine. The Large size provides a comfortable, secure hold without pinching, even during long days outdoors. The lenses are a game-changer: the gradient tint darkens just right at the top for sun protection while keeping things clear below, and the polarization cuts glare like a dream on reflective surfaces like water or roads. No more squinting through sunny drives or beach strolls.

What I like about my Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses is the design that resembles regular Ray-Bans, as well as the high-quality, hands-free photo and video capture capabilities. It also highlights the surprisingly good open-ear audio for music and calls, and the convenience of built-in AI features. These glasses are great for listening to music and have good microphones. What I didn't like was that the speakers on top tend to get caught in hair. The camera has good stabilization, but what I didn't like about the cameras is that they don't work very well at night. So if you want to take photos or record video at night, it won't be very clear due to the lack of light. What they should really change is the AI because, honestly, Meta's AI isn't very good. I'd prefer if they added other assistants or something that responds with more reasoning in future years. I wouldn't mind paying for something better like GPT chat, but aside from everything else, they are good for videos and other things like calls.

This is my first time using wearable smart glasses and they feel like any ordinary shades. I use them a lot when I go fishing and make content, and with the recent upgrades, like better battery and camera quality, makes me happy with my purchase!
