my favorite headset thus far, recently got cuz i couldn’t find any hyper x but this definitely met and exceeded my standards. amazing packaging as well as any cable you’d possibly need.

I use it on my PC and PS4. Like the option to pick up a phone call but it will shut down the game audio when the phone eings until you hang up.

Overall great headphones. Comfortable, functional, sound decent. I love that the mics are in the earcups, so you don't have anything in the way of your face. Biggest issue is Razer Synapse. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Good sound, relatively amazing battery life, supreme comfort. Probably the most comfortable over ear set I have ever used. I can properly wear these all day. They sound good, especially when they are on sale. :) I don't have to worry about charging every day and no overly annoying voice telling me I have low battery every few seconds, unlike some other brands (corsair, Logitech) They are styled well, more of a casual "street" look to them. Razer Mercury (White) products always look good. Matching white keyboard and Viper Ultimate Mercury edition. Now I also have a pair of street headphones too. If you can snag this mid range model on a good clearance sale, I would say the additional sound quality from the bigger drivers are worth the upgrade.

I have quite a few audiophile headphones and a few mid tier headphones like this. I find myself reaching for this pair often. They are comfortable and the audio is good ( for the price ). The reason I find myself using these often is that they connect easily, stay connected and the battery lasts a long time. Sometimes the honda civic that will work every time without any hassle is preffered over the BMW. These are my Civic. I highly recommend.

Love this headset, this specific edition was a bit tighter to my head and hurt my ears after awhile where as the other versions of this did not, though I did stretch them and put different ear pads on l which totally helped, was my own fault for not reading the specs, I've had every version of the barracuda since release and love them

If you’re looking for mobile headphones this is it, noise canceling with good sound doesn’t hurt after long wear and Bluetooth connects awesome, but if you’re looking for it to be for gaming this is not it. It doesn’t connect at all with the usb on my pc. It takes me like 30- 50 minutes to get it working every single time. It’s embarrassing to be honest. My teammates always have to wait on me to get it working. I normally use the kraken one from razer which has Never done me wrong but it recently broke after like 5 years so I wanted to try something new. Never again going back to my original.

Good battery life and great comfort a bit difficult to set up at first but worth the wait

Got them on clearance for $65. That was such a fantastic deal. These are great headphones for even $100+. I really like that you can swap between Bluetooth, 2.4, and wired super seamlessly.

I am writing this review specifically to address the general lack of good reviews for the Barracuda. I am in love with this headset for the comfort and audio quality. It has reasonably good sound isolation with the pressure of the an ANC system. And it does switch between phone and game pretty efficiently. I would alight recommend this especially if get it on sale. there is nothing even close to this at a sub 80$ price range.

The sound quality is great and it looks beautiful in person. Only downside is the mic isn't great but 100% worth the price/

The internal mic is not very good. Not worth the price, if you are wanting a headset for talking to other people. Good for single player games.

Not the best from Razer, mic is terrible and the earcups swivel is the opposite of what it should be perhaps it was an error manufacturing it alas not a good product fron Razer

Didn’t live up to expectations. This is my first wireless headset. I use it strictly for gaming. The mic is terrible on it and it doesn’t sit right, the swivel throws me off. I have always bought he Razer brand, but really wish I would’ve just gone with some old school ones. Least favorite headset I’ve ever owned. If you’re looking for a headset to game with this one isn’t it! But a kraken instead.
