Switched from a G502 to this because I like the ergonomic shape. Light years better. So much lighter and feels very well made.

This is my first gaming mouse and I am really liking it. Feels good when you are holding it and aligns perfectly with your palm grip. The buttons are pleasant to press on, they don't feel too tight when pressing nor are they too loose for mis-clicks. With the Razer Synapse app, you can customize the DPI and buttons as to your liking. The DPI range makes it good for gaming as well as personal use outside of gaming. The wire is also very flexible to not hinder any movements.

I bought this mouse as a replacement for my mamba elite and was surprised that it felt better even though it was cheaper.

I always prefer Razer products because personally I like the look much more than other brands but also, the quality is just something else. my old mouse was a Razer DeathAdder and my right-click was broken so I had to get a new one. I purchased Razer Basilisk V2 yesterday and I love it. It's so comfortable when you have it in hand, The buttons can be programmed to do anything, and best of all is its mechanical sound. It is so satisfying to just click the mouse and enjoy its sound.

Budget friendly mouse perfect for gaming super responsive for fps gamers

This mouse is absolutely beautiful. the cord is very long, the material for the cord is like a soft material para cord type of material. The DPI is incredible and you can change it to any number and set up to 5 profiles for it, for example, 50, 150, 400, 800, 20k. I currently have mine set as 400, 500, 800, 10k, and 20k. I use 500 because I'm trying to play with my arm and flick better compared to only using my wrist. It makes a huge difference so try it out.

Deathadder V2 or Basilisk V2? Either will tickle your fancy just fine. Shape is the only difference. Check out both in store if available on display to test comfort Level. Many Gaming Mouse companies are utilizing the dual side button setups and now also utilize the 3rd frontal side button as well. Shapes are what separate them along with DPI Max Levels. Please do not base your purchase on the DPI values of your mice. Absolutely NO ONE uses settings higher than maybe 5000 DPI in any gaming scenario that I can think of. 20000 DPI vs 16000 vs 8000 vs 100000000000 DPI NO DIFFERENCE if you're not using values higher than 5000. Look for mice that allow you to tweak the Polling rate (Google if unfamiliar with meaning of Polling). This mouse allows you to tweak the Polling rate along with lift and set down timing and not to mention it allows you to provide the specifications of your mouse pad that you will place your mouse in the top left corner and zig zag top to bottom then right to left which the Razer Synapse PC Application will now know the size and smoothness in order to tweak small parts of the performance to provide perfect performance for your personal set up. I have been using this mouse for several months, and I really like it. It has great response times and matches with my set up. I like the soft grips on the sides and that they are easy to clean. The Razer application to use the mouse runs a lot in the background, but if you pair it with other Razer products, you can match the RGB output and sounds, etc.

The feel of this mouse feels so much better in your hand than the Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED. It works well for my 9 year old as well. The RGB is way better than the G502 and the buttons are in more logical places. I was going to get the wireless one but after looking at the wired charging base I thought to myself what is the point. This mouse for the price offers the best bang for your buck especially on sale.

It's a really good general purpose gaming mouse. The tracking is good, glides smooth on my steelseries mousepad, and it's pretty light weight which I like. You can also save profiles for custom keybindings and dpi to the mouse itself, so you don't have to have software running. However, it's worth noting that the colors don't save for whatever reason, it will just use the default rgb cycling with no software running. The only issue I have with this mouse is the material on the sides collects dirt and grime from your hands very quickly, and is a pain to clean. Other than that it's a pretty solid mouse.

Coming from a deathadder it took a few days to get used to more of a palm grip but now I find it comfortable to use and the ergonomics of the button placements are more comfortable. Build quality and weight of this mouse is good, I went with wired because I really didn’t want to deal with charging or replaceable batteries. The wire is sturdy and looks like it will last a while, no issues with drag either.
