Runs hot which is expected but is also very noisy and the quality of the sound is not that great. We exchanged it for an Asus gaming PC and are very happy.

I purchased my Blade 14 about 3 weeks ago and have been blown away. For reference, I am a college engineering student and game a fair bit in my free time. I transitioned over from a Asus ROG G15 and prefer the Blade 14 in every way. Display: incredibly sharp, is bright enough to get the job done indoors (might be a little disappointed if you do a lot of work outside), and is very fast and responsive with minimal ghosting. Color accuracy and backlight bleed is great, but this can vary from device to device. Battery life: doing office type work (word editing, watching videos, surfing the web, etc.) I frequently get ~10 hours of battery life with the screen at ~50% brightness and Spotify constantly running in the background. Haven't done much heavy work on battery power, but don't expect more than a few hours if you're gaming or doing heavy CAD modeling away from an outlet Performance: this is where I was the most blown away. Being a very thin and light 14" laptop, I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong. I benchmarked my model (5900HX/3070) @ ~10k in 3DMark Timespy and easily run Rainbow 6 Siege at ~120 fps and War Thunder at ~130-140 FPS. It is worth noting that after extended gaming sessions I was having issues with dropping frames/stuttering, but after an NVIDA driver update, this issue was resolved. Thermals: decent, it runs hot, but nothing excessive for a gaming laptop; I use a $30 cooling pad while and that helps significantly. Expect temps around 80 C w/ a cooling pad and 100 C w/out. Overall build quality: as with every other Razer product, they knocked it out of the park. The chassis seems to be made out of some sort of metal and is cool to the touch. Display hinge is smooth and doesn't creak. Keyboard is acceptable (would be better if there was slightly more keystroke travel and the backlighting isn't perfectly uniform). Only real downside is the finish. The matte black looks great, but is a massive fingerprint magnet. Plan on carrying a microfiber clothe with you everywhere lol Conclusion: if you are in the market for a well built and portable device that can absolutely destroy games/3D modeling, this is the perfect product for you.
