I've been a loyal Alienware customer for the last 2 decades. In fact, I grew up gaming with the likes of Ultima 5 and Doom, thus my gaming experience is vast. Unfortunately, my last two Alienware laptops were less than desirable. Combined, I had to send them in a combined 4 times for GPU issues. Even after repair, my most recent still never performed to its potential or price tag. I researched a lot of brands (Acer, Asus, etc.) before deciding on my next purchase which turned out to be this Razor. This laptop is off-the-charts and would absolutely embarrass an Alienware not only from a size standpoint, but also peak performance. It absolutely crushes 3D gaming, Office, and Adobe Suite. I'm so excited with the keyboard layout and feel of this machine I can barely write this review. The only negative is the fan is a bit loud while running 3D games and Adobe Suite. It is important to note that's it performs so well in all other areas I barely notice. I'm not pretended that this replaces a desktop gaming machine, but for mobile laptop gaming I Highly recommend it.

No backlight bleed, no dead pixels, all the ports and cameras work. My only complain is I'm trying to download gears of war 4 from the windows app store and it's taking forever but I think that's Microsoft. I could also do with more storage I went for the 256gb version but that's on me. All in all I love this lappy and I'm glad I bought it.

This laptop is super thin, light and VERY powerful! I've been using as my main mobile workstation. I use it for gaming, work, and virtual reality.

Only lasted about a year. The battery swelled up and it was sent out and the battery replaced under the warranty. They said they checked it out and everything was working. My son used it for about a week and the keyboard stopped working. Best Buy refunded our money and he bought an Alien Ware laptop.

Purchased the Razor Balde 14 GTX 1060 UHD two years ago and the screen is already flickering. Purchased the Geek Squad warranty. I took the computer to bestbuy on 6/9/2020 to get fixed and as of 7/14 they have done nothing. 3 Calls to Geek squad and each time they said they would look into and call back. No call backs. Best buy store refuses to help and then called corporate and they gave me a number that wont allow you to talk to a person. Will never purchase a razor or best buy product again!

We purchased this for my son to take to college this fall. After using it less than one month, it stopped working, and will not power on. My son is in contact with the manufacturer, who is arranging for it to be mailed back to them to be fixed, which is great. However, I have a huge concern now, as this just cannot happen once he gets to school. Plus, for the amount spent, it should NEVER stop working after just a month!!
