Touchy Cooling System
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased this Laptop, I had originally intended to purchase one of identical specs that was almost $300 cheaper, but ended up going with this one as it was all that was in stock at the time. So, the price is a bit high to me. It runs excellent, it's fast and smooth and runs all of my gaming and college coding software with no problem. However, my major gripe aside from price is how I have to clean out its cooling vents with an air compressor twice a week because it gets one hair or spec of dust in the cooling fan and it starts making a godawful noise that nothing short of cleaning the vents out will fix.

Good, but not worth the hassle

I sent it in for repair but Razer said there were no issues. Less than a year later, my laptop was starting to constantly crash. I gave it to Microcenter and they found there was a faulty SSD, something Razer didn't diagnose.
