    Great Portable Gaming Laptop

I love this laptop for many different reasons. It's slim and sleek look makes it compatible for office use, college use, or even just casual use. This is probably the most powerful laptop currently out there that is thin, compact, and extremely portable. If you are an avid gamer looking for it all, this laptop is for you! If you aren't into gaming, I would still recommend this over something like a Macbook. If you ever do need the power in the future, it is there just in case. Only complaint is with the cooling system. Due to the laptop being so small, the fans get a little loud and the laptop heats up fairly often.

Runs fantastically. Doesnt get as hot as ive been lead to believe it would. Headphone port is a little weedy... if i turn on the pc with heafphoned already connected, it wont register, but if i Unplug it first and then turn it on, it works fine when i plug the headphones in.

Laptop performed well...when it wasn’t blue screening. Most errors were fixed with patches and I was ready to keep it. Then a new issue arose where the laptop would spontaneously wake from sleep in my backpack. I would get to a site and it was scorching hot with little battery left. I tried a number of fixes I’d read about online, but none worked. I need a quick and reliable laptop for what I do. I ended up returning it and buying a Mac Pro 16inch.

I do audio recording and editing, sometimes on the go. I was also hoping for something that could perform better than average at gaming while I travel. This unit does everything I was expecting, and hoping, for. When possible I prefer to work on my full desktop setup, but there is never a time that I am "stuck" using this laptop; it handles all my needs without complaint. It's also pretty sleek and stylish, which never hurts.

This machine is obviously GREAT for gaming, but also has the horsepower for software development, video and photo editing and anything that is super-graphics intensive. It weighs under 5 pounds so is pretty portable. the screen is clear and crisp with great response time. The keys are excellent and are reminiscent of the macbook pro, which is superb in my opinion. The chassis itself is black aluminum so it looks totally cool and is pretty tough.

I am fully hooked into the Apple ecosystem. I'm going back to a laptop after having used an iPad pro the past year and a MacBook Pro prior to that. I was extremely disappointed with the deficiencies and lack of innovation by Apple though on their MacBook Pro lineup. After a lot of research, I decided on the Razer. It has met or exceeded all of my expectations. I have had no issues, it was easy to set up, the keyboard feels nice (although I'm using a separate keyboard most of the time), and the large touchpad is responsive and large (very similar to the MacBook Pro touchpad). I tried to get it as future proof as possible, so I got the RTX 20170 graphics card. It appeared to be the sweet spot. Best Buy had fast delivery and the laptop came packaged nicely and securely. It's taking me a bit to get used to Windows again, but I have no complaints or issues with the laptop to date. If there's one thing to take offense to, it was the price. However, so far this appears to be a case of you get what you pay for.

I’ve had this computer for a couple years now— pretty good in my opinion. Runs a little hot but it’s to be expected for a computer with such good specs. Has no issue running most games smoothly.

The Razer Blade is the one you’ve been waiting for. Looks great, works great and it has the upgradeability that will let you keep it up to date for years to come thanks to the ability to upgrade RAM and SSD and to connect an external GPU adapter via Thunderbolt 3. My favorite features: - Thin bezels for maximum screen enjoyment - Weight - Battery life (when using the lowest battery saver setting I got 11 hours of work with 1 charge) - Keyboard feels great - Ports Room for improvement: - The Fn keys are placed in such a way that make you hit or miss the Control key on the right, and they are not re-mappable. - The right side shift is also hit or miss sometimes. - The power brick is not monstruos but the cable thickness adds bulk to it making it hard to store it and it just ends up as a messy thing on your bag. But overall I love this laptop and it will be my main machine for all things for years to come while on the go.

I have enjoyed this laptop out of the box! The Razer Blade has the perfect size and hardware for the price point offered. I think the only drawbacks I have found is the keyboard layout (Up arrow to the left of Shift key) and the fan noise, but otherwise, easily my favorite laptop I've owned.

Laptop is fast and powerful. Being used for Engineering student. No problems running CAD programs where lesser computers can have lag time due to the complex programs. Only issue is computer gets very hot. Needs a fan cooling pad to keep it from getting too hot.

Runs every game I throw at it amazingly! I run most of my games on high at 60-144fps and this thing barely heats up. I was hesitant about buying a gaming laptop but I’m glad I did and chose this one.

Great Laptop but Power Adapter QA Issues?

Purchased this laptop right when i7-9750H / RTX2060 model came out on 8/2019. Gaming randomly produced loud buzzing from the power brick. When the noise occurs, my fps immediately dips below playable frame-rates. Razer Support informed me to exchange it as this newer model psu is not in stock yet. My Bestbuy location also ran out of stock so I had to exchange at a slightly farther location. Immediately noticed the exact same issue on the second laptop/power supply. Out of frustration, I contacted Razer Support again and PERSISTENTLY requested a replacement power supply to which they sent me one. Finally worked the third time around and even helped me overlook my touch-pad right-click sticking and having a "double-click" feel when used. You would think I would give a worse rating but I've tested various other equivalent gaming models and a Razer laptop was what I wanted for the quality (when you get a working one) and performance. Now I also have accompanying Razer laptop stand, Viper Ultimate, Mouse-pad, and True Wireless Earbuds. I guess I am a fan that is patient enough to put up with some QA issues.

Good laptop. The overall build is excellent. The biggest problem with this model is the shift key on the right. It is a position in such a strange location which causes a lot of typo. The newer model doesn't have the issue since Razer remap the keyboard and made it much better.
