Overall this Laptop has delivered for me on everything I've used it for. I've played games, edited heavy raw video and did 3D solid modeling, all without any problems.

Bought the laptop razor blade 15 for my nephew. When he tried to set it up a window pops up saying there was an unexpected problem try to restart again. We chatted w the geek squad with no help. Than we tried chatting w support group of razer Blade we got it working. Now he is a thrill happy teenager.

The chassis on this laptop is awesome and has a nice design, It is a finger print magnet though. The i7 and RTX 2060 make a great gaming combo. There is room for an additional 2.5in SSD or HDD. The RAM and m.2 are both upgradeable. The modularity on this laptop is what I love most.

I love it. It’s fast and smooth. But pricy for a bigginer. If you want a computer that can do anything than this is a good choice to go with.

I bought this for my son for law school, but since he is an avid gamer he need a great video card. This has it all. My son said the specs were tremendous and a 2070 NVIDIA is a great standard. Of course you have to pay to get this quality so you better have the stomach for the price tag.

This computer is very good built , the only issues is the speaker quality and the weight.

The laptop runs fine and good, but Razer's QC needs some work. I went through two of these that had misaligned lids. Even the one on display in store had this problem. I exchanged it for the advanced that was on sale.

Razer is the apple of the windows world. Their laptops are elegant and made of quality material. The 2060 card in it makes gaming a portable but very high powered Xbox. Keep up the great work

The team loved these LAPTOPS! Fast durable and heavy duty cords. Not cheap but worth it.

two times sent back to service desk due to issues with fan sound and wifi. still makes lot of noice.. took to bestbuy service desk as well and they also cleaned up and still lot of fan noice.. if you touch the fan on the bottom you can press and make fan make even more sound. pretty disappointed with issues with this high priced laptop. not much help. All within warranty period and no one wants to give us replacement. we would not suggest this product for the hassle. better buy other products that have better service.
