Out of the box I noticed the computer had a twisted frame and wouldn’t sit flat on my desk or kitchen table. Good luck hauling around the massive power supply, the battery unplugged gave you less than 3 hours of run time even while just web browsing. I couldn’t find another power adapter either, if I wanted to purchase one for travel. Save your money

Backlight bleeding has been a serious issue of Razer laptops from the very beginning; even for the 2018 generation, there is still a ton of black light bleed issues. Maybe you would thought a 2019 model would fix it but the answer is no; I purchased one today and right when I started I noticed the issue of light bleeding which is extremely distractive when you use the laptop. In the end, I returned it and will get away from Razer laptops forever.

In terms of performance it's great but the keyboard and keys are too small for my hands

I should have paid closer attention to the screen size before pulling the trigger. The screen is too small for gaming. The most annoying thing is the location of the shift key on the right hand side. I hit the up arrow key every time while typing. Yes, it may work for some as a gaming pc but I need it to also work for business.

I have had 2 Razer Blade 15’s within the past month and I returned both of them. They had issues staying connected to my WiFi network. However the other 5 devices I had never lost connection. They both showed the blue screen of death after downloading anything, and just randomly when surfing the web. I owned my first blade for a week and then it died by having an error and telling me to turn on the computer to turn it on and have the same error.

This is a work laptop now and I do a lot of typing on it. The cursor will not stop jumping around! This is a known problem on the Razer Blades. I use it with an external keyboard and mouse so it's not too big of a problem most of the time. The laptop will also occasionally freeze on its own, but putting it into suspend and out of it usually solves the problem. Coming from a long time Dell corporate user, this is very disappointing and frankly inexcusable at this price range. Although the Dells don't have the same build quality and exterior finesse, they are infinitely more usable.

In the first couple of weeks you get it you well end up with problems. It will none stop cause you problems latter on

The computers great but when the power supply dies not best buy or Razer sell the right one for the blade 15" 2019 model.

I have been waiting for this laptop for a long time. And I did not expect at all that an open box - excellently can come with a non-working display cable. Bestbuy, do you turn on laptops before assigning them as excellent condition? I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service of this store. I lost about 10 days without a laptop.

I have heard so so much about the razor laptops and seeing as it came time to replace mine, i decided to get this particular one. I was extremely disappointed in it. I did not feel that it ran as well as i was lead to believe.

Laptop's screen stopped working a month after end of warranty time. Has to be plugged in a monitor to be used.
