This mouse has survived all the wear and tear i throw at it since i purchased it 3 months ago. The ability to change its color and dpi setting is awsome! 10/10 would recomend to anyone.

Its fast, light on its feet, very responsive, great for a person with a big hand. Lover the lighting.

I had purchased this mouse as a replacement for another aging mouse, I originally had the Diamondback 3G (early Razer). Comparing this to the Diamondback, this mouse offers better ergonomic and feels nice in your hand. The first thing I noticed is that the mouse is a lot lighter than the Diamondback. It doesn't concern me as much, I wish it had additional weights. The clicks and the scrolling is excellent and responsive, the macro button was one of the reason why I purchased the mouse. Using Razer's software (which is downloaded from their website), I was able to customize any keys I wanted and set them as macro from a click to opening a website or to control the sensitivity using "on-the-fly sensitivity wheel". One of the other neat feature is that this is the Chroma edition, it allows you to change the color of the mouse. You can set it a solid color, waving effect, flashing, breathing, and many more. The cable for the mouse is braided and black which gives the mouse a premium feel. At the end, I really enjoy using the mouse and I highly recommend it, I owned it for several months and I don't have any problems with it so far. PRO: -Macro Support -Chroma color - change the color to anything you want -Braided wire - feels premium and looks nicer than plain plastic -Ergonomic shape (for right-hand users), it feels really nice CON: - Feels really light - No middle-sides clicks (only can be pressed downward, can't press sideways) - Overrides windows setting for mouse when I have multiple mouse connected (can be configured - just difficult)

Pros: Best FPS gaming mouse that I've ever used. I previously had the Corsair M65 RGB but issues with the drivers and compatibility with Windows 8.1 (as well as Corsair's customer service) made me resort to Razer's infamous DeathAdder line. What can I say? It's a fantastic mouse. I think it was designed more for palm grippers over claw grippers but overall, it is a fantastic and responsive gaming mouse Cons: You will need to program some of the buttons to have the ability to switch DPI/profiles on the mouse rather than via Razer Synapse. You can program the mouse to change colors but the transition has a delay (it's not instant). The build quality is suspect. It feels 'cheap' yet it performs well.

I had a Razer Oroboros at over twice the price of this and like this one much better. It is much more comfortable and the chroma is a nice touch. I have a razer Orb Weaver so i dont need or want the extra buttons of an MMO mouse. I just want a comfortable, responsive, pretty mouse that does its job, and this mouse does exactly that at a great price.

i purchased this mouse just after it was released. It cost me about 80 USD after tax and shipping from Best Buy. I LOVE THIS MOUSE. I started having some issues with it not responding at the beginning, but that went away over time. It feels cheap, but you an tell it is built to last. I currently own this along with my razer kraken pro, razer blackwidow ultimate, razer kraken black, and razer mouse bungee. This is by far my favorite. Anyone should love this mouse because of its ergonomic shape. 5 out of 5 on this one.

Love this mouse with it's organically designed shape and great sensor. I have large hands and this mouse serves me well though, people with small hands will feel equally comfortable using this mouse due to its contoured center, light weight and perfect balance. It's more comfortable than most with a smooth and rounded body unlike lots of newer mice that have square or cornered edges. The optical sensor is precise, no rattle and acceleration can be adjusted or turned off. Works great at low or hi DPI. Great all around, no complaints.

This was first Razer mouse. I got this to replace my R.A.T. 7 (had optical sensor issues). Besides the plastic feel, it's really durable. Optics are great. Love the Chroma feature, syncing, customization is awesome through Razer's software. It's pretty cool having the entire chroma set and colors are in sync.

Easy to use, no issues of durability, quick reaction times, able to map it in a way for FPS games like Counter Strike that make it really fun to play. You won't be disappointed if you need a mouse to improve your gameplay or general use.

I like how it feels on my hands when I play especially when you grip it. The RGB won't really matter here cuz you're not gonna be looking at it when you're playing LOL! Plus I got this for cheap!!! This mouse should last long if you take care of it. ;) Don't drop it aight!

Love it! I've bought every version of the Razer - DeathAdder. It fits perfectly in my hand, and now I can finally change the color to what I want. Also, the other DeathAdders haven't gone bad, I just wanted an upgrade. I would recommend this to anyone!

Talk about fast, it has taken me a bit to get used to how fast this thing moves. Accurate and comfortable. Only con is the 2 buttons on the side, i keep accidentally pressing the bottom most one, my big had problem, not a manufacturer problem.

Very comfortable grip, light weight, fast and accurate. So far is the best one I've ever owned! I play several first person shooters and a few mmo's. I really like it and will recommend to buy! Not a big fan of the lights but looks good! :-)

This is my 2nd deathadder. I used to have the 3.5g variant till the cord broke where it enters the mouse... Aside from that one issue, this chroma version is a complete upgrade in every sense with materials and electronics... The cord is the same as before, so that worries me, but these are some of the best fps mice ever made and are very customizable with very accurate dpi settings and even lift off adjustment. Buy one.

After doing massive amounts of research, I decided to go with the Razer Deathadder. I must admit I was a bit weary about purchasing this mouse because I feared that I would have spent way to much on something that may not add to my expectations. However, it was for sure $70 well spent! The buttons on the side make keybinding for games a cinch and allows easy access to any key. The griping and feel of the mouse is perfect for my hand and optimizes my gaming to the max as far as a mouse goes. The braided cable not only adds a serious gaming look, but its strong and long enough for just about any set up. Lastly, the colors in combination with the easy to use Razer Synapse program makes, as a whole, an incredible experience. If I had to give advice on this mouse, I'd say it's a must to purchase!

The mouse is extremely good. Great response time and it's not overly large. The middle scroll button also seems to be durable, as that sometimes is the first to go. Likely will last a long time.

Even thought his mouse is designed for FPS, I use it for MMORPGs. It is very comfortable and accurate. I would recommend this mouse to anyone looking for an alternative to a pre-packaged mouse.

this mouse is very accurate for shooters, but versatile enough for overhead views and menu scrolling, i felt the display model in store and instantly knew this was the one. it fits my hand perfectly, and the chroma effect, while covered by your hand, gives an awesome effect with a back lit keyboard and a chroma headset. only drawback is the cord.

The mouse is comfortable and just great in general, it allows you to change the color on the mouse. The wire itself is very durable, its not cheap where it would snap easily. The mouse is great for beginners as well, it provide the best experience for gamers. Before i got this mouse I had a beat up HP mouse and I didn't notice anything wrong with it until I held the Razer Deathadder, when I went back to my old mouse i notice how uncomfortable it was and how uncoordinated it was. FOR PARENTS LOOKING TO BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR THEIR CHILD: Parents, I understand that for a first time mouse it is kind of expensive, but it is worth it.

I have never really used a "gaming" mouse before... The difference is amazing. Just the software alone sets this mouse apart from the rest. It's super ease to change the settings on it.
