I initially considered just buying a cheap no-name set for around $20, but when this was on sale during the holidays for $30 I decided to go with a name brand. Boy am I glad I did! The quality of these headsets is so much better than the cheap generic headsets that I have used in the past. I don't have a lot of experience with high end headsets, but it's hard for me to even think of something else I would want out of a headset that this item doesn't deliver. If you're considering this or a cheap pair, save up and get the Razer, it's worth it! I feel like I was just throwing money away with the cheap headsets in the past that break so easily.

They are fairly comfortable but the comments about the metal frame vibration noise are true. It isn’t a big deal but is more of an annoyance than anything else. The ear pads fit pretty well on my head and seem well made. I do like the sideways jack (great on the XB1 since the jack is usually pressed against your body). Overall not a bad purchase minus the vibration issue. 6/10.

Inconsistent Behavior, Frustrating Controls

The headset feels comfortable enough. I've been using it for webex calls and sometimes the sound is fine and sometimes participants say my voice is coming across low, even though I haven't changed the settings. Sometimes, its mike doesn't get selected as an input device and no one can hear me, even though the so I settings hadn't been manually changed. The mic extension is flexible but tends to move back into position after I twist it. Finally, the controls on in the back of the left earpiece. This is a strange choice and not something I'm personally acclimated to. I can't actually see the volume slider, so I find it clumsy to operate.
