I literally have to use a pillow to even be able to sit in it . I’m a small person too so it should be much more comfortable

The back tilting does not work; tried adjusting the knob at the bottom, doesn't work. So it's always very rigid for me. The Lumbar is too aggressive and lacks padding on the seat portion.
