Called before and was told they were letting two groups at time but when we got there (17 miles) told we need to order online then then it would be 45min-1hr. (took an 1hr 45mins, only three customers (including us) and approx 10 employees). We could not access our phone for confirmation # (used my Beat Buy card) but come on. Manager (?) more like bouncer at a bar.

Keyboard went bad after 3 months of normal use

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keyboard and mice combo thinking it's a good replacement for my old Dell keyboard. It tried to be fancy with lights and engraves on the items. After 3 months of normal use, the D, A and S keys are doubling and also adds the keys beside it. I cleaned the keyboard which is not even dusty and reinstalled the app and driver as required to troubleshoot. I moved it to a different machine and reinstalled the app and still the same after a few seconds of typing. I created a support ticket and it's a tire some process as they want you to report everything again and even record a video which I already uploaded. I'm not sure what will be the RMA process will be but I am now using a new Logitech G2 mechanical keyboard that I just bought. I DO NOT recommend the Razer Chroma keyboard as it doesn't last long. Just imagine if I am actually gaming heavily....I hope I help someone with this review.

Looks nice but feels cheap

It sounded like a metal on metal grinding. Razer is sending a replacement and their customer service was helpful. The lights are pretty cool.

Love this bundle
