Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What I like: -very well built -resilient PBT keycaps -very fast response time -excellent software -smoothest switches I have used -worth every penny for what I have -cool stickers :) What I don't like: -very loud for linear switches -some switches will loosen themselves from the housing giving a stem wobble effect -adjustable feet feel cheap, but nevertheless work and have not broken yet This is the first keyboard I have bought that I have not noticed an immediate issue with. I have mostly used with keyboard for typing, and not as much games, and it finds itself in a good balance of being able to do both very well. There is not noticeable actuation time that they boast so highly about, but instead, the keys are just sensitive. You will have to make adjustments to your typing patterns, as the keys are annoyingly sensitive, but it's not huge challenge. Also, do note that the keys are very loud. Most of the time, I have headphones on but I can't image it sounds great for other people around me. Aside from that, Razer has done a really good job in taking the next step in keyboard development.

A very great keyboard at a great price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very awesome keyboard! Currently typing on it. The RGB is just very good at night. Not very bright in the day like my Razer Deathadder V2 mouse. The keyboard is fairly loud. But not like annoyingly loud. There is a small pining noise but that can be ignored by the sound of the key caps and the switches. About the switches, they are very good and fast. It does take some time to adjust to the keyboard but you can get used to it pretty quickly. Some keys have like a small black fading and can be sometimes very noticeable during the day when the RGB isn't that bright. But that doesn't really bother me as much. Overall, it is a very good keyboard for its price!

Amazing Job Rayzer
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great response, accurate for typing and the small footprint saves valuable space on the desk. Keys are sensitive and tactile, great for gaming and standard use. The frame is strong and rigid, RGB is not too bright but definitely stands out and is customizable. Great value when on sale!

Good design, low typo tolerance
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The design is super cool, lighting effect is perfect, PBT caps feel great. Respond too fast that I feel like the letter shows on screen even before I press the key. It is because the optical switch only needs very short key stroke(likely 1.5mm) to be activated. The only downside, though, is due to the same reason of fast response. It reacts so fast that if you have literally fat fingers or you type carelessly like I did, it's SO easy to fat-finger neighbor keys. Sometimes even when I have my left hand hover and rest on keyboard while right hands using mouse, some keys might be activated continuouuuuuuuuuuuuuusly. The first couple of days I need to retype averagely 40% of words for mistyping. But once I got used to it to focus on pressing keys more accurately and not to put hand on keyboard when not typing, it's like a cutting edge knife and I am like laser sniper :)

Great for gaming, but not so much for typing.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, the main thing I will give for this keyboard is that it's built well. Metal top with the rest of the chassis being plastic. Pretty typical for most boards, but still, something worth noting. My main issue with this that I began to really realize not that long ago is that it's basically too sensitive. I understand that Razer did aim this to be the fastest keyboard on the market in terms of actuation, it sometimes becomes more of a hindrance than something good. Sometimes I found myself making mistakes when it comes to playing games. I have a bit of a habit letting my fingers rest too much at times, and it causes the key to press in a little. On a standard Cherry or equivalent board, this would not be much of an issue since those need a little more force to actuate. But on a board like this one, sometimes just that little press is enough to actuate the key. This also translates to typing. I am someone who types a lot, and I did find myself prone to making mistakes that I, again, would normally not make when it comes to other boards. Again, I understand that this board was advertised to basically be lightning fast, and Razer basically achieved that, but this board might only be really geared towards specific people in the end, really. Overall, a very good board for gaming, but if you're someone who also likes typing, then just be warned that what happened with me is also something that could happen with you should you choose this board.

Type Lightly
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Are you a twitch gamer with lightning-fast reflexes and a drive to dominate your online foes? Yeah, me neither. I mostly bought this keyboard for the sleek design, superb build quality, and uber customizable RGB lighting. The keys feel great to the touch and have an incredibly smooth action. They are also EXTREMELY sensitive. I'm pretty sure you can activate them just by breathing on them. I'm having to learn to type with a very light touch. But I'm already getting used to it, and making fewer typos. Gaming is of course great--no missed key presses with this keyboard. My only other (minor) complaint is that, while not "clicky", this is by no means a silent keyboard. So if you're sharing a home office with someone, make sure they're okay with a bit of noise (or have good headphones).

High quality item
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is very well made and teams up well with the Razer Synapse software for some awesome rbg effects. Ended up returning it though... do not care for the optical switches there’s no tactile feedback. Fast for sure but that also made it hard for everyday typing use. Found much more errors were being made because of the speed of them. Something that with time I’m sure could get used to but just didn’t care for the feel of the switches.

I have owned MANY keyboards and this is the BEST.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying I am a keyboard enthusiast. I have had everything from the Glorious mechanical keyboard to the Corsair Cherry MX Speed Silver Keyboards to standard Cherry MX Red keyboards. Let me just say... THIS KEYBOARD BEATS THEM ALL. PREIOD. The quality is stunning. I am not a Razer fanboy. I think some Razer products are over priced and not good quality. However, this keyboard is fantastic. It is the actual quality of using it... pressing down a key. It feels so fluid and smooth and linear and quick BUT not cheap.. The feel of pressing the keys feels PREMIUM. The PBT keycaps feel solid and the deck of this keyboard is a matte black metal that also feels so good. It really is hard to describe how good the quality of this keyboard is until you try it. I ordered a $120 Glorious Gaming Mechanical Keyboard. This is a very highly reviewed keyboard. I got the best speed switches and PBT keycaps. I used it for a few weeks... Then I got this Razer Hunstman TE and the second I tired it I was AMAZED. I went back to the GGMK and it felt like a cheap toy compared to this. Not kidding at all. It felt terrible. Mind you the GMMK is pure metal, great switches, PBT keycaps.. It has everything people say a good gaming keyboard should have. But after you try this Razer H TE. You will never go back. Everything about this is perfect. BUY IT. I will never go back to any other switches or keyboards.

Best racer keyboard I’ve ever used.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably the best relaxer keyboard I’ve tried. It’s low profile, has rgb, pbt plastic, double shot key caps, metal frame, standard keyboard layout for cherry Mx keys, uses USB C detachable cable, reacts super fast (registers when you barely press it), and all at a very reasonable price. Razor even offers a key cap set if you want to switch up the colors which I think is quite nice. Well done razer.

Previous Razer Blackwidow owner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Where to start with this one. I have recently upgraded my laptop, and desk setup / office space and was in need of one more keyboard for our 2nd monitor setup. After owning a Blackwidow from Razer and 2 Mamba wireless mice, I was impressed by the quality of the builds, rgb app support (Razer Synapse, check it out on youtube if you need convincing!) and replaceable / customizable keys on this one, pulled the trigger on sale for about 90. Not only did it replace my dual monitor set up main keyboard, but it's size is amazing lol! I wanted a nice razer keyboard to travel with, and this is the one, measuring smaller then my nitro 5 17.3 laptop! Only downfall is, it will take you about a 2/3 day break in period for you to get used to the sensitivity of the keys if you've never owned a keyboard like this one such as myself. If you find this on sale below 100, or have the extra money to spend for a well worth keyboard, this is where I'll bring you! Compared to the Blackwidow, this one wins when its on sale for the customization of keys. I've heard and seen people customize key caps on an older blackwidow but haven't risked it with mine lol! As far as typing wise, this one is a tad bit more sensitive then the blackwidow, definitely built for your gaming self. 8)

Hardware is great, software not so much
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hardware wise razer makes some of the best products, but their software leaves a lot to be desired. I love this keyboard really smooth and fast switches but again the software is what kills it. With their software I get a lot of key spamming sometimes I’ll let go of the key but the software won’t recognize that and it continues to register a key press. Keep spamming doesn’t happen very often so it’s still worth buying, because of how well-made the keyboard is and how good the switches are.

THE BEST KEYBOARD OUT THERE
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The moment I purchased this keyboard, I loved it. Included in this $130 package, you get a great TKL keyboard with RGB, ultra-fast switches that actuate at 1 millimeter, and PBT keycaps. Although I completely hated Razer because I believed their old products were hot trash quality, I was surprised about this one. Despite its lightweight plastic frame, it feels very sturdy and I am not concerned about it breaking in the future. The linear optical switches feel great and EXTREMELY quick. If you are a typist, I would stay away from this one. It’s a keyboard designed specially for pros that need to react as fast as they can and need a keyboard that can withstand many rapid key presses. This keyboard is not very strong in the RGB department, with not much light coming off from the bottom of the keys and the RGB mostly shines through the legends of the keycaps. In my opinion, this is a pro because you don’t have that annoying light reflecting off your monitor when you are playing. Lastly, there is a detachable cord on the left, and not on the right. This is so it won’t get in the way of your mouse, which is a win in my book. Overall, I think this is the best keyboard that you can get on the market and I would buy again.

Impressed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great keyboard, nice sounding switches, premium RGB, good build quality, heavy price tag. This keyboard is great. From a light for every key, to the packaging, this is a truly premium feel. If you can catch this on sale then I would say to do it. The only holdbacks are the price tag that comes along with it, and how easy it gets dirty. Slightly shaky enter, space bar, tab and caps key, but a solid keyboard.

GREAT keyboard for people who like sensitive keys
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me preface this review by stating that I have a strong preference for low-profile laptop-style keyboards, low actuation force, and low travel distance. So this keyboard is basically spec'd exactly to my tastes. I'm a programmer, not a gamer, so I use this primarily for typing. I've heard many reviews of this keyboard being bad for typing - I've heard people say that the low actuation force (40g) and actuation travel (1.0mm) causes a lot of typos. While the keys are indeed very easy to press, I have not experienced any increase in typos - in fact, I have been able to consistently post my highest typing WPM scores using this board. Typing on this board truly feels effortless. The RGB lighting is nicely understated and non-obtrusive and illuminates keys effectively. The PBT keycaps have a nice feel to them. I like this keyboard so much that I'm keeping it as a secondary board to use for travel (my main keyboard is the Corsair K70 Mk. 2 Low Profile).

ONE OF A KIND
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard has an amazing response when typing or using is for gaming. Also, it makes you desk look bigger by having 60% of the keyboard. If you are making a gaming set up with a RGB theme the huntsmen makes it complete. To sum it all up the product satisfy and is worth the money.

Great!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very responsive. keys are WAY too sensitive for productivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.keys are WAY to sensitiive. even a couple of pieces of paper will triggerr keystrokes. keys are very propne to double (or more) presses. the click-clack sound is great and makes me want to type even faster, but wwith the sensitivity of this keyboard, i am hitting bnackspace almost aas much as the leetters, etc. the issue is worse because if yooiur finger is not perfectly cenetered on thje key and you accidentalltyt barely touch the keyu next to trhe one you are trying to hit, well you see the results here. on most keyboards, i can generally his 70-80 WPM with >90% accuracy. i know that's not the best typiing speed in the world, but my accuracyt is GREATLY reduced with this Huntsman Tournament TKL keyboard. I like the build wquality, thew clicky sound, and the RGB and it's good for gfaming, but it';s horribbklke for productivityu. horreible.

Good optical keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard has quick response of keys, individual key lighting, a detachable cable and its small size. The small size and detachable cable allows it to be portable. It is fun to change the lighting periodically to create a different atmosphere in the room.
