Sound in and out are both great. I like the mute button on the mic, lights up when mic is on. Color changing logo looks cool. Only downside is I'd rather have the mic on the right side instead of left.

This is the first headset I bought for my gaming, the sound quality is good for me, I really like the mute button being on the tip of the mic as it is easy to reach if I need to mute it. The only downside is that it does take a while for the headset to "break in" and out of the box it is very stiff and squeezes my head

These bad boys for their price get the job done nicely!!! They are a nice fit for my head, cushioned for around the ears and the retractable mic with a mute button on it = AWESOME!

The sound is great and never any complaints about not being heard. The ability to switch between gaming systems is nice. Only negative is that it will not work with my iPhone.

The headset looks and feels great , as I have come to expect from the razer brand. Only gripe is that the headset is not as comfortable as I would have hoped, then again I have yet to find any headset I find comfortable. Lol in short I enjoy the product greatly and look forward to my next razer purchase.

Love the 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound and the circumaural ear cup design. The only downside to this headset is the weight. Wearing it for many hours at a time can make your head a little sore.

Overall sound is good. . My son did not prefer hearing his voice in the headset . Microphone did not work well. The volume control cord made scratching sounds when brushing up against clothing.

it fits my ears, and i can hear so clear, clear clear. also can speak to other beings, which is a bonus while WOWing it in fantasyland.

Super comfortable for long use, very crisp 7.1 surround sound, and the client that let's you set it up is very user friendly! Would definitely buy again.

so again nothing wrong with the headphones, but I asked at BB if they worked with my xbox and they didn't so it was a bit annoying that I was advised poorly. I ended up buying a different type of headset that was perfect. A different Razor Kraken

Awesome Surround sound with the Pro Software from Razer makes the headphones even better. The Digital mic works great for podcasts and voice overs.

It fits really comfortable. It also really cancels outside noises so you can just concentrate on the game. The sounds are very crisp and clear.

The product is pretty legit, the only 2 issues tend to be a shared opinions, the Synapse 2.0 is a bit on the buggy side at times. The other complaint is the noise from the cord rubbing against something. I like the product over all and for the price its worth it.

the quality of the 7.1 sound is something amazing also the lightweight of the headphones makes them really comfortable for long gaming sessions!

I bought this for podcasting when I can't be in a quite room. I like the digital mic but it's not great just good. Headphones sound really good.

For anyone that is looking for a great wired headset with amazing sound and microphone quality, look no further than the Kraken 7.1 Chroma. The depth of sound was absolutely fantastic. If something was to the left of my character, I heard it on the left side only. It works seamlessly on my PC and PS4. Those in chat said I sounded amazing and clear, unlike with my previous headset. I'm definitely downloading Razer's software to make the sound even better. Added bonus: the mic can retract into the headset.
