Headset feels great for long hours mic is wonderful. Just wish cord was looking longer

This gaming headset is a very well constructed product. The software to control the head set is easy. You register on the products webpage. Down load the software, and all you need to do is log in with your user name and password from anu pc ot laptop to have your settings ready for gaming. simple feature controls and quick configuration for any type of game. Please not the headset is pretty air tight, so keep the volume down it will make you def.. But thumbs for pin point accuracy on in game sound and direction.

Have Turtle Beaches PX51s (discontinued now since next gen consoles came out) Worked fine with ps4 or Xbone, but Pc it sucked for connection or quality. Ease of plug and play was... not existent. Researched for months for best 7.1 surround phones. These ARE NOT TRUE 7.1. But for TRUE id need a sound card, and i wouldnt be able to use my desk speakers then, so, I went with these. Out of all others, these fit the bill for best of mic, quality, digital surround, plug and play, and price.

Great product. It's super comfortable on my head and the sound is amazing. I use it 3-5 hours a day and never a complaint about it

These headphones are brilliant!! Not only do they have exceptional sound quality, they also have top notch noise canceling ability AND, they have programmable lights!!! They are totally on par with my $350 Bo$e noise canceling set and yet I paid <1/3 as much for them. My one 'complaint' (per se), is that the computer set up is a total PIA! Otherwise? Worth every cent! Seriously, I can't recommend these headphones highly enough! And don't forget, BestBuy will price match!!!

The headphones have a crisp sound. Like that I could pick the color for the lights on the side of the headphones.

Ive been using gaming headphones for about 10 years now. These headphones are right at the average mark, especially considering the price. Pro: - Sturdy build/material - Good microphone quality - Adjustable audio/visual settings - Hideable microphone Cons: - USB only connection - Not good for long periods of use (makes ears hot) - Sound qulaity could be better at price point

This is like the Kraken Pro, but with a digital mic, chroma colors, and 7.1 Surround sound. It is quite amazng.

Razer's Kraken 7.1 wired gaming headset feels comfortable, sound great and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I purchased these close to three years ago, I am an avid PC gamer and love the quality of sound these provide. My husband currently uses them for his Tech support job calls from home, they have excellent quality all the way around. He switched from the LG gaming head set to these because they also a perfect for call center use. I would highly recommend these again.

The chord for the headset quickly became rigid and stiff. The chord twists around itself and gets into a bundled mess often despite my careful treatment, this occurred roughly a month after purchase.

For Quality and price you pay, this thing does the Job. Plus, it lights up. However, when I bought the headset I didn't bother to check if it was analog or not. I should have realized the moment it said it had RGB lighting. Silly mistake but it still works for what I bought it for. Mic works wonders never had I ever needed to boost the mics to pick up my voice.

I love this headset and I did return it for a very similar product that is just the wireless version of this, for the money this headset rocks, and is great for gaming, the Mic is surprisingly very clear and the software with Razer is on point. Only reason for the 4 stars is the braided cable... when it rubs against anything you can hear it in the headset that irritated me and I traded for a wireless version.
