I use it as a voip phone. Overall great quality, my only dislike it that there is no volume control button.

Thelse headphones sounded good, no problems there. Unfortunately the software wasn't very user friendly but even worse was they just weren't comfortable. After about 20 minutes of use my head would start to hurt and that's just unacceptable for a gaming headset. Not a horrible headset by any means, but if you can go a little over the price of these there are better sounding and more comfortable headsets out there for the price.

I got these for my husband as a gift. He's been he had the chroma mouse, keyboard, and mouse pad. It all syncs flawlessly and works great with the pc and the ps4.

Rating: 4.5/5 The sound quality on this headset is amazing. I play videogames throughout most of my day and I can say my gaming experience improved while using these. For example, while playing any FPS game, I was clearly able to hear where everyone was by being able to hear their footsteps, which the 7.1 on these headsets assist with greatly. Being able to hear every little detail in games makes a big difference. My only complaints are that the cord will not straighten up. While braided cable is premium feeling and doesn't ever tangle with other cords in my setup, the cord itself likes to coil and will never straighten. Other than that, these are an amazing, comfortable, and nice sounding headphones. My last pair were the PDP Afterglow headsets and these are a way better choice for half the price. The mic, I've been told sound very close to my actual voice and its very clear. Also the voice options for the headset allow for clicking of your keyboard to be completely silent as well as all my background noise are completely silenced with these headsets. And one last complaint could be that the headset is not as customize-able as the keyboard chroma, if you really care about that. TD;DR for people in store wondering if to buy: If you care for 7.1 sound and ambient sounds, get these. These are amazing headsets for sound. Listening to music is clean and natural compared to others. The cable for the headset is bothersome and carries noise into your headset when brushed against. For the price, very much worth it compared to many others I've purchased from Best Buy.

Bought these to go with the mouse I already have. They are great. Love the Mic that retracts into the headphones and has a mute button right on the Mic.

Was actually going to buy a more expensive headset but they said this one was actually better. Got it for my wife and she seems happy with it.

My son loves these headphones, he said that it's what the pros use on there video games. cause he says he will become a video gamer some day.

I can only review as to the use and value of the headphones. My grandson wanted them for Christmas to use with his PS4 and he liked the features.

The sound was fine. Looks pretty cool. It was very uncomfortable though. Really tight on my head and felt like a vacuum on my ears. Returned it.

This is an upgrade to the old Green Kraken headset. What is nice about it is the led lights emitting from the ear piece.

Overall does what I needed it for. The coord does cause static sound but for what i needed it for works great.
