Loved the audio and bass quality right out of the box so far, I've only had one issue and that was when I received the free Razer Surround coupon in my e-mail for registering my product, after installing it I had constant crackling/crunching noises in my headset until I uninstalled it and completely restarted my system. After the restart though they went back to how they originally were and are perfect. It was probably my mistake, but other than that I've found no flaws I love these headphones a lot and I would recommend them to anyone who loves to feel the bass from their music or games.

Just brought theses the other day. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about them. Great quality, great sound, great price.

So I bought this as a side item to go with my new graphics card. It only needs software for for fine tuning the 7.1 surround sound. I know that's kinda gimmicky but where this product really shines is sound quality and compatibility. I wasn't suspecting it to work with my Chromebook and phone via dongle. I was proven wrong. It's not just good for gaming, but also listening to music across different devices! My only gripe is that the headphone piece does make my ears feel sore after awhile. Should be slightly larger.

Definitely more pros than cons. Sound quality is fantastic, the microphone is extremely clear, and I love all of the options that you have regarding customization through the Razer Synapse app. I do however have a couple complaints. They are not the most comfortable, they are extremely stiff and do squeeze my head quite a bit which leaves my ears hurting after more than an hour or two of use. I do not like that I have to switch my audio playback device every single time I want to use them.

I went into BestBuy not knowing what I was going to get as my new pair of headphones but I decided to go with the Razer Kraken 7.1 Over the ears and I am super pleased. They go well with my Razer Chroma keyboard as the lights can be made to match. I just need to upgrade my razer naga mouse to a razer chroma and i'll be all razered out, now!!! Definitely would recommend this product. Also, the mesh coated cable is harder to tangle than rubber coated wires! :D

The headphones are light and comfortable. The mic is well place and from what I can tell, sounds good. The Synapse software is trash. It would lock up while updating, and this seems to be a common problem for the past two years. I'm going to keep using them, but if the software remains glitchy, I'ma take them back for some Logitech.

Love the entire headset. Great audio, bass, and good for all gaming.

These have to be the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever worn. The pads are tiny, thin, and the headband pressure is unbearable. These are far worse than my previous headset, Razer Carcharias. The 7.1 sound processing is gimmicky and is in no way comparable to true surround sound. With regards to music, this headset is okay, but you can get better headphones for half the price.

First thing I did when I got this was listened to the 1812 Overture, and it felt like the cannons were in my room shooting at me. I then played some CS;GO and found that the accuracy of the surround sound as well as the crystal-clear microphone was a huge boost to my game. Razer products are consistently high-quality and this headset is no exception.

I have had several different pairs of Headsets including turtle beach's. This have surpassed them in quality. I have had a pair of Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma's for over a year til my dog got the better of them. So I went and purchased another pair today. They have worked awesome on my PS4 and my PC for gaming

The Razer - Kraken 7.1 Chroma headse is an outstanding product. With this headset I am able to fully submerge myself into Battlefield. Razer has truly exceeded my expectations with the 7.1 surround sound feature. If you have a pretty high budget for a headset i highly recomend this headset.

The product is good, I like how you can customize it(lighting, audio, etc..) using the synapse :D

I have 2 of Razer magnificent products and I just buy my Kraken 7.1 chroma, which is the best headset I ever buy, simply an excellent product. Now I am looking forward for my next item the Razer Firefly. Thank I am a very happy customer.

This headset is by far my favorite out of all the headsets I have owned. They have great, balanced sound, fits perfectly, and the mic picks up practically no background noise! Fantastic product, definitely will by Razer products again!

My first kraken, fail on me after a couple of years, its actually a physical damage that ruined it. and yet I still bought their new Kraken Chroma. Why? 2 words.. Sound Quality!! im still a big fan of the brand! razer for life!

Love the sound, the personalization capability, and love supporting Razer. Only thing I don't like, is that the cable is braided, and when not listening to something, can hear it rubbing and it's kind of irritating.

The Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma provides an immerse sound audio which is more than I expected for the price. Not only great sound but it is a closed headset with an amazing mic which any gamer will enjoy.

The headset has such great qualty in sound its unreal, music sounds great and in games i can hear everything that's going on around me. I highly recommend this
