Cord is a little short, but otherwise excellent sound. Software is a bit aggressive but can be tamed.

Your completely emerged in your game by this head set. With volume down low you don't here outside noise. The mic slides in and out for when in use or not. The button to mute mic or turn on is at end of mic. You can see the red light at end of mic clearly to see if mic is on or off. I would recommend this to a friend.

Great sound. I always go with Razer products because they last forever. Cool customization on the colors that glow on the sides. Blocks out sound around me. Took me awhile to get use to because my other Razer headset I could hear myself in my ear phones so I knew the Mic was working the kraken you cannot. The only thing I do not like is there is no volume control on the headset its self! Overall it's pretty good

This headset sounds amazing. The microphone is crystal clear. The only qualm I have with them is when the cord rubs on a shirt, you can hear it in the headset. I would definitely recommend these to a friend. I have a few of the Razer product lineup and I haven't had a problem with any of them.

To start the sound quality is good. There is only a USB connection available but that is known prior to purchasing the item. The area where this headset really fails is there is no inline volume control. After a few hours the headset also makes you very warm. With an inline volume control this headset would have been 5 stars

This is probably one of the best headsets I've ever owned, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! All of my friends commented on how good the quality of the mic is, plus the surround sound is just amazing. I've heard so many sounds I never realized were in my games until I set this bad boy up.

These are the best headphones I've ever owned by far. I can hear things I never thought was there before. My game is like brand new again with all of the details I've been missing in the music and effects. Being able to hear all these new sounds and the direction it is coming from is unbelievable. It did take me a few days to get them setup the way I like it.

Overall this headset is pretty great. I bought this headset after my Steelseries Siberia V2 headset stopped working properly. There are 2 things that prevent me from giving this a 5 star rating though: 1. There is no volume adjustment or microphone mute switch available on the headset. When I use applications with the microphone I don't like to use push to talk and being able to rapidly turn off the mic was very nice; a feature I can no longer enjoy. 2. Every time I unplug the headset from my computer and re-plug it in the surround sound is disabled and needs to be re-calibrated to activate. If razer synapse remembered the calibration settings it would completely eliminate this problem and make enjoying the audio experience much nicer and faster. Overall I would still recommend this product to others as it is a quality headset.

These are replacing a pair of Kraken Analog Headphones. First of all great sound for Gaming, I wouldn't recommend editing or anything else but, gaming with these. That being said I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing that bothered me was the fact it was a USB only connection but, other than that a great pair of really comfortable and great looking headphones at a reasonable to me cost. Great for gaming!
