Very comfortable headset, sound is great. Comes with adaptor to split mic and sound to work with older computers. Xbox one, computer, and iPhone. Great all around. Mic hides into the left head phone so you don't look like your ushering in an airplane. When I use it for phone calls everyone comments how clear they hear me.

This is a great headset for the price, I like it and my friends like it too.

Let's get this out of the way! This headset is a little above average for the most part. As soon as you get it definately download the Razer software, you will want to calibrate it. You will also want to use the equalizer/custom sound shaping. If you don't you may find sound replay to be a little dull. The surround sound is fantastic. Gunfire, explosions, and the likes however pop and you can really get a good feel for your environment. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods and they never get to loud, it has mic and volume controls built in. Probably, one of the biggest pluses is that this is one of a few headsets that is plug and play with your PS4. I use it alot. Over all though not perfect for the price it is pretty darn good for a multiplatform headset.

I was looking a headset for my son to listen music and play video games on his tablet. I am very happy with this product, good sound quality and includes microphone as well. I compared other products online and this is one is by far the best cost/quality decision.

I was looking for a comfortable over-the-ear headset to replace the standard PS4 earbud. The Kraken fit the specs I wanted, and didn't disappoint. The headset is comfortable, sturdy and delivers excellent sound. I only have one complaint, resulting in 4 stars instead of 5. The inline volume control does not provide much range. It's full volume, a little bit less than full, and off. For games that get really loud, this can be annoying. The Kraken plugs right into my PS4 controller and fits comfortably on my head. I did not want to deal with batteries or charging, so the Kraken was a perfect solution. The mic extends/retracts easily to suit your needs. Other players can hear me clearly, and I've never had a problem with online chats. As a bonus, since it has a standard audio jack, it works great on my Macbook Pro. While I have not tested it, I'm sure it would work just as well on a PC.

I really enjoy these headphones. The fit of this headset along with the soft ear pads provides a secure seal around the ear. These headphones replaced my SteelSeries Siberia 200 headphones, which began having problems with the headband. One of the reasons I chose these headphones was the fact that the 3.5mm jack and retractable mic allow me to use these headphones on my mobile devices, like the iPod. The retractable mic is sensitive enough to leave in the ear cup. Not having a mic boom in front of me is really convenient. Also, the fit of these headphones is done in such a way that the headphones rest comfortably on my head, and allow me hours and hours of gaming without any discomfort. The quality of the material, workmanship, and sound was great, and as a result I expect to have these headphones for a long time. Great investment!

I purchased these to replace an older Sony analog headset and these are so good. Good bass, treble, and mids make these one of the better headsets I own. If you don't want to deal with auxiliary power using a USB or if you need a headset that can be used across many devices from smartphone to console, this is one of the better choices you'll find.

Overall the headset quality is ok. The cushions could be a bit softer, after about an hour they start to bother my ears. The surround sound has been giving me issues as well as the volume control. In game, the surround feature, when enable will cause game sounds to pop on and off, kind of like a poor cell phone call. Does not happen with all games so it may be an issue with a couple titles I'm playing. Also, the inline volume control when adjusting creates a lot of static and often times I need to play around with it to get sound to come out of both sides of the headset. For the money I'd expect a little better quality but overall it's a pretty decent headset.

If you wear glasses these may be a little tight on your head. However, a few nights of putting these around books to stretch them out a bit and the problem was solved. They just need to be broke in. Otherwise the sound is great and the mic works fantastically.

It tends to get static in certain outlets and doesn't work well with older games. But with newer games and a good outlet, it's flawless. It also fits great on your head and completely adjustable.

I use these when I'm working on stuff on my computer and wear them anywhere from 2-6 hours at a time and have no discomfort. They also have a good sound quality

The sound quality and mic quality are good for the price range. They certainly aren't as good as some of the much higher priced ones on the market, but they are great for non-audiophiles and general gaming.

These like most Razer products are great, sound is good, but overall to bassy for my gaming liking. Very well made, fits good on the head and not to hot on the ears.

I really love this headset, the microphone does an amazing job of reducing the reducing the feedback that is picked up and after upgrading to this headset I would think that I had dropped skype calls because of how quite it is. I also really enjoy that you can disconnect the headset without disconnecting the cords from your computer. The only draw back I have found is that earpieces do start to make my ears sore after an hour or so of use. Great product definetly recommend.

By far one of the comfiest headphones I've ever worn. Of course you could spend a ton more and get better sound quality etc but for this price I don't believe you can beat the sound/comfort.

From my experience testing the product, it was perfect. The audio was great, the headset fit snugly on my head, and the microphone and mix amp are great additions. The only problem with this headset is that whenever you are using it for long hours at once, you start feeling uncomfortable at times. But overall, this is a MUST BUY for all gamers looking to upgrade their gaming portfolio.

This headset is really good for everything, but really shines when using it for gaming. the sound is crisp, it feels nice on your head and the mic is really good for a gaming headset.

I love the 7.1, I can honestly hear the channels. Great style, really like the retractable microphone.

These work just as well with a computer as with a cell phone. Very comfortable, and the sound quality is top notch.
