Sound Quality Good, Physical Quality Not

The sound quality is good, with nice feedback on all levels, and the mic is very clear. However, today, June 17, 2020, I picked up my headset, pulled it apart to put on my head, and the right-side extension piece snapped. Fortunately, this happened above the base of the extension piece, so I can just put the piece up and not extend, but this isn't quite as comfortable for long usage. Besides, I did not purchase Razer hardware only to use it for 2 months before it broke.

The sliding part of the headband is very flimsy, mine snapped with gently use. The sound is okay, not great, and I didn't really use the microphone so can't comment on that. If you treat it very gently and don't adjust the headband much it's a fine cost-effective option, but I would lean toward a more durable set.

Microphone doesn’t record loud enough
