Razer mice have always been the gold standard other gaming mice are judged by. The Mamba continues that tradition. However, Razer's "wireless gaming mouse" is not for the laptop crowd. I purchased this mouse to complement the Razer Blade 2017 I purchased. My son and I share the laptop while travelling: him for gaming and me as a portable digital darkroom. Gaming and photo retouching share a common feature: doing them on trackpad sucks. So I figured getting a wireless gaming mouse from the maker of my laptop should keep things simple. Except that instead of building the connector in on the laptop or including a Logitech style nano-usb dongle, Razer elected to use a "clearly designed for desktop" charging plinth as the wireless connector. Not only is it inconvenient, it's really hard to pack in a laptop case. Thus I am relegated to using the mouse in wired mode as packing a USB cable is far easier than a little piece of ABS Stonehenge,

This is such a fantastic mouse. Works great in either wireless or wired mode. Fast tracking and charging. Wonderful for both Mac and Windows. I use everyday for school and gaming.

This mouse has a lot of flexibility in providing the option to go wireless and works great for both gaming and every day use. The chroma functionality is also fun to customize.

So at first I didn't feel like spending $125 on this mouse, but then I read the reviews and got personal recommendations from co-workers. I bought and tried it out the same day and I must say, I'm absolutely glad I did. This thing is sweet! The DPS adjustments are totally beneficial, it is smooth to the hand and moves smoothly depending on the set level. From an aesthetic point, the spectrum cycling and wave light setting are my favorite! Sometimes I like to have my room lights off just to enhance the lighting effect.

I have had no issues with this mouse as of yet, I've had it for a couple of months and so far it is working great. I have even forgot to charge it a few times and it still works great, battery seems to last fairly long.

I love the easy to use factor. You either plug the cord into the base and your mouse is wireless or you plug the cord into the mouse and its wired. Drivers downloaded automatically. Helps if you have Razer Synapse.

This is an OK mouse in my opinion. I have to download the Razer Synapse software which is cloud-based. All settings of the mouse are store in Razer's cloud. When on wired mode, I have issue calibrating the mouse pad's surface. The software just asked I to move the mouse over and over non-stop when I calibrate the surface so I gave up. You can set the DPI to 16000 but the tracking speed in game is average. In intense game play, the mouse cursor seems to behave a bit erratic. It's okay for me overall. I have the Logitech G903 and its sensor and tracking speed are much better than this one. The cool things with this mouse is that you can control the lighting color and setup macros.

I'm loving the Chroma line of Razer items and this is no exception to that. It feels just and works just like the original Mamba but has the chroma aspect, which looks awesome with my chroma keyboard and mousepad.

This mouse is accurate and fast. I've been using it for about 2 months now, and have no complaints. The colored lighting really adds to the cool factor. It definitely lives up to being a gaming mouse.

I am very happy with my purchase. However, the wireless Mamba is roughly $70 more expensive than the Mamba Tournament Edition. You are basically paying an extra $70 to have it wireless.

Love the flexibility of the wireless/wired mouse. Use this for gaming and regular computer navigation. The options to change the colors and DPI allows lots of customization. Really enjoy this daily.

Came from an older optic Microsoft gaming mouse. Wish Microsoft still made a gaming mouse. The Mamba is to small for a man's hand. It's better if your female since it will fit your palm better. Also the dpi buttons kept getting pushed by accident and found to be very annoying till I went into the Razor software and fixed it. The mouse would not function very well or at all after being cordless in sleep mode. I would not buy it again!

Needed a new mouse and love the flexibility of this one with the drag, sensitivity and all. It keeps its charge for a long time and if you forget just plug it in and use it as a corded mouse.

Makes gaming on the computer easy and fun! The option to change the colors and timing of the colors are an added bonus. Can adjust the speed so it can be used as a "regular" mouse or a gaming mouse.

Weighty, comfortable, precise and an okay battery life wrapped up in the Razer light show you've come to expect from the brand. Undocked you can expect maybe 2 days of life from the mouse if left on. Has an auto off feature to save battery when not in use. Comfortable, right hand only ergonomics with the ability to adjust click tension using the included tool. Extremely high and precise mouse speeds. I'm slowly working up from 5200. To get full benefits the Synapse program is incredibly necessary. Allows for adjustment of every button, led colors, mouse speed, macros etc. Was well worth the $120 I paid.

The wireless and wired features of this mouse function without question however the rgb features seem to be temperamental at best. The profiles do not always function as expected.
