Best Buy had this delievered in 3 days from placing the order. Amazon would have taken over a week even with prime. Would not hesistate to order from best buy again.
Now for the headset. Out of the box, it is extremely bass heavy. Setting a custom EQ is a must in Synaspe. Once you set the EQ, they sound so good. The wireless range is decent. The battery lasts me easily 15 hours with the rgb shut off. Havent test battery life with rgb on. I have also used it with the included headphone cord on an xbox elite controller with a chat adapter and it works great for an xbox as well.
Now for the software. Synaspe works great with my deathadder elite mouse. Synapse is the most buggy software with the headset. I have to restart the app at least once a day.
Despite the synaspe issues, i would still highly recommend this headset.

Finally invested in an expensive headset after going through 2 $20 headsets. You can tell there is a significant improvement. My friends also reported I sound much more clear when I speak in the chat. These do not bother me at all during long gaming sessions. Surround sound is excellent. I would definitely recommend. Headphones connect automatically and battery lasts a long time. I also like the option of using the wired connection if you forget to charge them.

Bought these because i needed a new pair for my ps4. I love the quality and feel of these headset. I generally play with one side of the headphone on my ear and one on the side of my face and its still very comfortable.
You can use this wireless or wired and i love how i can seperate sounds from the game and party chat at the same time. I can take them to use on my pc which is awesome. I've had them a while and still is great.

Bought this headset for my boyfriend. Was debating between hyper x and some turtle beach sets. I was wary because other reviews of this headset said that the plastic parts above the head was cheap and often broke. However he has had no issue. He loves it and says the ear pads are the most comfortable yet. They also block out almost all noise. The clarity and multi volume options are great too. It is a larger looking headset when on so keep that in mind for smaller heads.

I've used a lot of headsets in my time, including Pro gear, and have nothing but great things to say about this product. Fine manufacturer's attention to detail from the metal headband support to the cloth-armored cables. Sound is easily customized through the software interface. Love this headset!

Superior sound & superior comfort (I wear glasses)

I wear glasses. And I wanted superior sound. The Razer Nari met my two basic needs. My first concern was finding a headset with replaceable pads so I could cut a channel in them to accommodate my glasses. The Nari (and some other Razer headsets) have a channel in the pad already for glasses bows. It is under the cover but they are there. I can now wear my headset for hours and not feel any pain. Yes they are very comfortable and breath. The sound, what can I say about the sound. I am simply amazed. The THX Spatial Audio simply performs at a high level. Sounds to the left of you are to the left of you. Sounds behind you are behind you. Granted the game has to support such things. Also, I purchased a 20 foot 3.5mm extension and also use them to watch TV late at night without disturbing my family and the sound is very goo d there as well.
Now the drawbacks. It uses a USB receiver for a connection to the headset. Higher quality than Blue Tooth however, if you want to switch to your compute speakers you either need to remove the dongle or manually switch it in your Sound Mixer. It would have been nice if when you switched off the headphones the computer speakers would automatically turn on.
The other issue is minor. The wheels that you use to adjust volume and source have very little resistance. Quite often when putting them on and taking them off the wheels will move and your sound will either be high volume or very low.
However, this is an amazing gaming headset. There is a microphone mute button and the microphone retracts in to the unit and is mold-able so you can place it where you want.

Kind of heavy. Passive noise cancelling is really good compared to other headsets. Razer synapse is not very great and annoying to use. Battery life is great

Bought this to upgrade from a Razer Kraken 7.1; definitely an improvement in sound quality plus wireless is a great feature. Works within 15 feet without obstructions. Has about 12 hours of life before it needs to be charged with included usb cable. Would recommend up to $110 versus comparable headsets.

Super comfortable and light weight. Sounds amazing with top not only bass. The reason for the 4 star is the cans are huge and doesn’t look on the head

This headset is nice, definitely would recommend for Playstation or PC users. This headset is built with quality. Only reason I don't give 5 stars here is that the package is a little misleading. These are wireless, and the box states compatible for PC, playstation, and Xbox One, but it WILL NOT work wirelessly on Xbox One. It does not state this on the box. If you have Xbox One, you will need to buy the Xbox One edition from manufacturer instead. Did not know this at time of purchase, but used wirelessly on PC it works great.

This review is twofold. I originally purchased this headset when I built my gaming PC last November 2019. I was looking upgrading to USB style Logitech headset that I had use for several years before. I wanted something comfortable to wear and very clear sounding. I read several reviews on different brands of headsets and I went to the store to try them on for the fit. Of all the time the Razer Naris were the most comfortable.
Once I got them home and set them up I was blown away. the sounds are crisp and clear and the surround sound feature works very well in many of my games. I'm able to wear the headset for at least 2 hours without having to remove it because it's too hot or painful on my head. the microphone wow a little tinny compared to other microphones is more than adequate enough for game chat.
the second side of my review is I've started using this headset in conference calls with my office as I'm working from home. the size of the ear cups and the foam contributes to a very good passive sound isolation headset. I can hear my co-workers in meetings crystal clear and they can hear me with using the include to mic as well. while I'll definitely say these headphones are not office where they're working well for the moment at hand.

So its a fairly nice looking headset, rgb lights are nice but i wish they went around the edges not just on the razer logo. Very comfortable. But so wish it would go a size smaller.
Sound is amazing but only after you set it up properly.
The flaws i mention are barely noticeable or my being picky.
Over all i love this.

The headset is great overall. The sound quality is great for the price paid, and its comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time. However, there are a few points to note that are the only cons I can think of:
- The drivers occasionally decide to not work and require a unplug/re-plug to get it working. This doesn't happen often, but it's annoying when it does.
- The built-in mic leaves a lot to be desired. Mic quality is pretty mediocre in comparison to a super entry-level mic like a Blue Snowball.

I feel that they are a great buy. They are certainly more comfortable than my Afterglow set however I am not sure what I was expecting as far as the THX sound goes and maybe I am missing something but I am happy with the purchase and the batteries, I am getting 14+ hours out of a charge so that is great. Also, when wearing them with the volume turned up, I hear nothing but what I am listening to. The noise cancelling is great.

Super comfortable gaming headset for individuals with large heads. Sound is great whether you use the wireless or wired connection. Directional sound is phenomenal for FPS games such as COD Warzone. I have tried and/or own several different headsets including the Arctic Pro Wireless, Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless, Astro A40 & Astro A10 and these are the ones that give me the most comfort for extending playing sessions.

Amazing sound quality. The surround sound is perfect. The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 Star review is because the mic is very sensitive and picks up game and chat audio so your friends are constantly echoing in the party chat. And the other reason is personal preference but these are massive headphones. Don't get me wrong. Very comfortable. But wow they're huge. You absolutely look silly wearing these

This headset is questionable for its price. I really enjoy how comfortable and good style they have but after long gaming sessions, my neck got really tired. As a console gamer, I could not use the wireless option on my Xbox, but even so, the headset could be used with its wire. The headset had an eco problem after a while but on PC everything went well.

As a fan of razer products, I knew I had to pick these up. Solid sound, solid software. Only issue I had was the odd weight of the pair. Nothing wild, just personal preference. Easy to set up, plug in the USB dongle and good to go. Liked how the headset linked up with my other razer products as far as the lighting went (as if you can see them as you wear them lol) Overall, I recommend these for sure. Sound quality is excellent.

I bought these for my PS4 to replace my God-awful Turtle Beach headset. A person that I play Call of Duty with recommended to me to pick up a pair of Razer headphones. I purchased them and the price point is not bad at all. The sound quality is like whoa super crip and clear. I can hear a lot more than what I was playing with. The included USB charging cable and 3.5 mm cables are braided and are really good quality. Charging of the headset was quick, and setup and use were very quick and easy to do. The controls on the earcups of the headset feel great and for a person that wears glasses, it fits really well. This was a big surprise for not only the price point but also the sound quality when gaming on my PS4. A great buy at Best Buy!
