Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless functionality, although some find the headset somewhat large and heavy. A few users also noted concerns about the price point and occasional compatibility or software issues.

The Razer Nari wireless are great for gaming and have a long lasting battery. The headset is bass heavy and doesn't have the cleanest sound profile so I don't recommend them for non gamers.

I think this is a pretty good price for such an advanced headset. Not only is it wireless and sounds good being so, the features that come with are pretty cool. I have the Razer headset and keyboard and have them synced with the same color scheme. This headset offers surround sound or spatial audio which is really useful when playing first person shooters or any game for that matter. Good price and good quality.

Great headset for PlayStation 4 or 5! Comfortable, good battery life, great build quality. Only draw back is you can’t really EQ unless on pc.

Won't charge past 75% out of the box. Tried different cords, ports and wall chargers. Testing the microphone resulted in static cut outs. Sound quality is superb, as is comfort. Device is rather bulky and appears so ones head. Google Razer Nari charging. It's a common and unresolved issue. Can happen out of the box, after a few days, few months. Disappointed and returned. Have multiple razer products, this is the first legitimate let down.

Fantastic sound. I have a little head and these are so large any sudden movement shifts them forward or backwards. I have to wear a hat with them. Other than that I love them!

Awesome sound, still uses micro USB

The sound quality is great on these headphones. Not in the realm of sennheiser or anything, but definitely excellent for video games. There is also a dial on the left earcup that lets you adjust the balance between chat volume with your friends and the actual game audio. That's a super nice feature I didn't know I needed. The only con in my opinion is that this headset still used micro USB to charge. It would be so much easier to plug them in while they were still on my head if they used USB-C. That and the actual port on my headphones was tough to plug the cable into the first few times. It loosened up a bit after a while but I'm not sure how that bodes for the longevity of the port.

It's a good headset and a big upgrade from the Razer Man-O-War. However, it's quite common for these headsets to be defective. A major problem is that sometimes audio will randomly cut-out if you are not talking or have the volume too low. It's almost as if there is some kind of Power-Save option but this is not the case. Be sure to be cautious of this, and return immediately if you encounter this issue. It's a hardware issue.

Great headset, worth the money. Had bought a pair of Turtle Beach Headsets prior, they didn't last 6 month. I also love the protection plan that covers your items from damage. Worth the extra money. If you buy cheaper set for a true gamer, it will be worth exactly what you pay for. Spend more to get more out of your product.

The headset itself is extremely comfortable and does its purpose. The only issue is that the headset is large, so there may be a gap at the top for smaller people.

Got this for my gf since her work headset was busted. Having headphones were a heck of an upgrade. They might be heavy, but the padding is no joke. They make a good deal in the cups, so that we can each focus on our work while blasting tunes. It's also pretty nice to see the RGB Razer logo on the side when I look away from the screen. I wish the mic was unidirectional, so that it didn't pick up my voice in the background (although it isn't so bad at all).

So I've stuck around with this headset for about a year now and the biggest complaint I am always getting is that my mic quality sounds like I'm in a helicopter. In layman's terms: it's bad. I bought this with the notion that the quality would be exemplary based on friend and staff recommendations. Unfortunately, the only good thing about it is the sound quality and comfort levels. I cannot continue getting told my mic quality is terrible when that's the whole reason I bought it.

I originally bought this for the purpose of playing videogames, I was skeptical at first because I really disliked wireless headsets but man I was wrong. The sound quality in these headsets are the best I've ever had, the lights on the sides of the headsets are RGB and go well with any RGB gaming rig. There's an app to adjust the bass and sound settings and also change the colors of your RGB downloadable from Razer. Another great feature about this headset is the ability to fit snug around my Oculus Rift S VR headset, which was surprising because I bought these before I bought my VR and was very happy to realize I didn't have to go out and buy another pair of headsets because these were excellent just for that. Overall these are the best headsets I've ever bought and will absolutely never go back to logitech after my experience with these.

Great headset with good sound but it just didn’t fit my head properly. It wouldn’t adjust down to size and was loose. I don’t have this issue with any other headset.

I give 3 stars because it doesn’t work that well in xbox one X. It echos to much and cant mute the mic with button on side. You have to go the xbox settings to mute mic. Not very compatible with Xbox. But works great for PS4 and PC. Not problems there. Still the sound quality on all there systems are good. Can hear enemy footsteps much better and with the surround sound you can hear where they coming from.

Lets start by saying I was a huge Razer fanboy coming into this purchase. Pro: Comfortable, good sound, love the dongle being able to insert into the headset Con: Five days into usage, the mic started acting all messed up. My voice would go in and out of sounding robotic. The voice to game ratio dial was also wayyyy to easy to accidently move and suddenly you cant hear anybody on discord. Battery life was meh. Couldn't find a number to call so I dealt with the email customer support. First, its outsourced.... Second, they kept asking me for information I had already provided, over and over again, and third, they wont send a replacement unless you send yours first. Overall, this was a major disappointment. Their software is just ok but not as much customization as I hoped for. I also went through the same thing with the keyboard because i bought Keyboard, headset, and mouse at same time. Mouse was awesome.

As someone with glasses, I appreciate this headset *so much* because I can wear my glasses normally and still be 100% comfortable for hours. The mic is great and the spatial audio is really nice too. Since getting these my gaming experience has been so much better.
