Very good sound quality and comfortability very sturdy only thing that bothers me is mic kinda loss but it’s fine just a pet peeve

This headset was suggested to me by an Intel Rep that helped me get the computer for gaming. I am very happy with them... they are light and very comfortable. I do racing simulation... and sometimes I will be racing for 2-3 hours... no problem with them. Being wireless is a big PLUS

great on sound but if you move your head too much then it will kind of slip off your head. other then that no problems

I bought the $149.99 version of this headset and used it with THX Spatial Sound on and then off. I literally couldn't tell which mode was different. In fact, it didn't sound any better or worse than my Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 headset. Other than it being wireless, I couldn't justify the $149.99 for what was basically a wireless Kraken without the haptic feedback (the version with the haptic feedback is $199.99!). Overall, if you already have a pair of nice Razer Kraken headphones and if you're wondering if it's worth the 'upgrade' to get a wireless version, then by all means, get these. But if you're like me and if you're wondering if the THX Spatial Sound support is worth it, it really isn't I seriously couldn't tell the difference between having THX on and off (you have to go into Synapse 3 BETA to do this).

Honestly, I love it, I prefer these razers wireless than my Astro a40s they are every comfortable and easy on people who have glasses. I can certainly play for a longer period without having hot ear-muffs. sound quality is up there, so is the microphone.

Very comfortable headphones with great sound. I loved how quickly my curbside order was processed and ready for pick up. I wasn't give an option for adding the extended warranty when making this purchase, but other than that it was a great transaction.

The sound of this headset is descent, however it’s super heavy and very bulky. It also seems to have some connectivity issues with the 2.4ghz dongle. One added bonus is you can use a 3.5mm jack to hook to any device with a headphone jack. All in all a descent if not flawed headset for the money there are better options.

Great battery life I’m getting about 18 hours Quality is amazing doesn’t feel cheap RGB Lighting just know it will lower your battery life but you can also turn it off at anytime Also you can have a wired option in case the headset runs out battery

This headset has excellent sound quality, and is easily customizable using the Razer Synapse software. It has Dolby surround and THX surround making for an immersive gaming experience. It is light and very comfortable for long gaming sessions.

As comfortable and clear as they were I made a mistake in thinking they were Bluetooth capable.

Great sound quality and awesome battery life. I do hear the occasional cracking sound but rarely happens.

They have been perfect so far. He loves the sound and says they are very comfortable. Only complaint he has had is that the buttons or controls on the earpiece are easily bumped with his shoulder and changed. But he loves them so far.

This headset blows me away everytime! I use it for gaming every night, the battery could go four gaming sessions without a charge no issue! Surround sound is amazing! This headset has had no issues since I’ve bought it!

They work well on pc and ps4, although my led settings did not save when connected to ps4. Extremely comfortable with the cooling gel ear cups, Great sound, mic is okay. Got these at a discount, and for the price they are great.

Great quality headset, great sound. But, if you're playing for long sessions at a time, or you have a large head, then it will cause you discomfort. It's very tight and attempting to loosen it up will risk cracking the plastic. Heck, I didn't even try to loosen it up and it cracked over time from putting it on my honker of a head.

Worked well with pairing for kids use. Little heavy but better function for real gaming talk and sound. Better long team use.

Works good. Good bass and sense of direction in games

Unit constantly disconnects and reconnects due to loose charger port on the headset. One charge can't last a long gaming session. Sound is great comfort is ok unit is a bit heavy and sweaty. But it's essentially a wired headset due to battery life for me. Haptic feedback is life changing.

You will need to adjust all your sound And mic settings but you can archive remarkable sound. Very comfortable, easy to use. Only thing I don’t like is you can’t change the LED color through PS4.
