smooth quiet, the lighting works great, no complaints about the keyboard. However, I thought this was a monthly payment plan not every two weeks payment for a total of 4 payments. 2 in one month and 2 in the last month. Doesn't seem a good deal to me. The one thing I like more than anything is the keyboard.

It does the job, but there are a lot of very annoying "quirks" that I would expect a brand with as much recognition as Razer to be able to avoid. On the milder end, the RBG randomly quits working, sometimes for weeks at a time, and will randomly start working again out of nowhere. More frustratingly, when I am typing for long periods or am typing very quickly, such as a message like this my hands will not be leaving the keys adjacent to the home row, yet this keyboard will frequently be COMPLETELY CONVINCED that I am hitting the printscreen key, completely disrupting my workflow while I stop what I'm doing and hit ESC to close the screenshot capture software I keep running for gaming. I've purchased unbranded keyboards from Amazon that had more consistent performance for a lower price so I will not be buying another keyboard from Razer in the future.

It's nice! Feels good to use. The only issue is the keys are painted. The edge of the space bar has some key paint thats wearing through after a month of use. It's a small sliver, but it's there.

The device appears aesthetically pleasing and provides a satisfying user experience, yet there are instances where the lights fail to illuminate.

Not a good experience. Started having random weirdness after a couple days. Like a key was stuck, or a bad connection. Stinky software too. Returned and got a steelcase for about the same price, feels better and looks better with 10 lighting zones vs the ornata’s single zone.

The video that I watched on Best Buy was for a different product and I didn’t know until I got the product and the stuff under the hood is completely different. It’s good for the price but it was a lie
