Excellent worked right out of the box in obs with no need to download or install any drivers. Supports up to 4k 30 in YUY2. Much better quality than our teams old card that only encoded in MJPEG. Does get a little warm to the touch but definitely runs cooler than my personal camlink 4k. I have streamed with this card continuously for several hours capturing my a6400 in 1080p YUY2 and have never had any issues with performance. It's also an incredible value at $70. If you need an external card that supports 4K this card is a no brainer.

For all the gamers out there who like to record their gameplay this is a great device. Very easy to use, just plug and play. Also, the price is very good for this product and great quality!!!

Got in on clearance, at that price definitely worth it, it's plug and play for the most part.

Bought this as a capture device to grab stuff off game consoles and games off my Shield TV and computer. The capture card is actually really nicely made and has a bit of heft to it (for as small as it is). Perhaps it is because I am new to what I was trying to do, I found getting it to work rather challenging. Instructions on this capture device are limited (really just to showing how to hook it up). The documentation doesn't tell you what software you need to make it work. I spent the better part of an afternoon googling until I finally found the answers that I sought. Once I had software that would capture from the Ripsaw things got a bit easier.
Honestly, knowing now the challenges I had getting things up and running, I probably wouldn't have bought this capture device (and definitely wouldn't refer it to a friend that is new to capture cards), and would have researched to find one with better documentation and/or included software to capture/record.

This is way better than elgato cam link. It doesn't freeze and stays recording under heavy load. Have not had a single issue with it!

Excellent! Something you all need to know, some Dslr's and Mirrorless camera's need a special HDMI handshake to unlock 4k HDMI output on those cameras. Most capture cards WONT unlock it but this one DOES. Not only does it work, its incredible! Full 4k and its seamless. Highly recommend!

This thing is outperformed by a generic $40 knockoff HDMI capture card. Gets hot within minutes which in turn will eventually degrade performance and durability in the long run. Save your money for something better quality.
