Not sure of the negative reviews here, but this is a great scooter at this price point! No Bluetooth, no speakers, no speedometer, it’s just a well built scooter that folds and is electric! It carries my 260lbs body around with no issues. Also relatively light being made out of aluminum. Front headlight is super bright, rear tail/brake light also works good in the evenings. My kids ride it as well and have a blast! Ordered another one! Paid $319 plus tax.

The product is beautiful, but the battery discharges in a very short time. They offer 18 miles of travel, but it doesn't really last 8 miles.

I received this scooter and loved the everything about it, until I tried it on sidewalks. There was a disturbing rattling in the lower compartment, towards the rear. I checked that the front "anti rattle" knob was tight, and that all the visible screws were also tight and proper. 2 weeks of uncomfortable riding later, I had the courage to open the battery compartment because I was convinced that something inside was loose. Lo and behold the entire rectangular compartment that contains the battery (and wiring) has at least 2 millimetres of space between its walls and the metal body, and it was loose and rattling against the side. Furthermore, the silver motor driver box itself was attached with hot glue and had obviously come apart. And I found lots of dust and moisture, which I had to clean out. I took a flat foam serving plate and cut appropriately sized slices to fill in all of the gaps where it would rattle. And also, I covered the main wiring compartment to reinforce the silver box thingy (I think it's the motor driver). After I was confident that the gaps were filled and nothing would rattle, I screwed the battery cover back on and went for a ride. It was at least 5 times better and more comfortable. I was so happy that I looked inside to fix it myself. However, I do not believe that this scooter is a safe buy, until Razor figures out how to make a battery compartment with no gaps (or adds foam fillers) so that it doesn't rattle. In short, unless you're brave enough to risk another defective unit that you have to fix yourself, don't buy this. I'm sorry Razor, you guys are better than this.

The scooter is amazing but the only problem is the handle bars don’t align meaning I tighten the screws up and as soon as you hit a small bump the handle bars are un-aligned and you gotta stop and straighten it out everytime and I don’t think it’s to safe to ride around like that other then that this scooter is amazing.

Best toy ever. I use it a lot now to avoid using the subway.

I was vey excited when I received this item after waiting weeks for it to arrive. After I finally received the package and assembled it following the instructions, the scooter didn't work! I was so disappointed. I called to see what could be done and I was told by Razor I would have to wait another month for a replacement part. Never even got to ride the thing. The build of the scooter appeared to be nice but thats all I can share as far as a hands on review. I won't be buying another Razor product.
