Q: How do we replace the front tire if it becomes flat ?
A: They do not go flat, replacement tires and parts in general are not currently available per their customer support. I tried to pre order spare tires for when the day comes. They said June or July 2023
Q: Will it go up a steep Hill?
A: Depends now step but I have gone up a few that I would call steep.
Q: Does this product come pre-assembled if not can we pay to have it assembled.
A: You have to connect a single wire and the handle bars. It requires a single tool provided and isn’t hard.
