Customers are pleased with the EPrime Electric Scooter's speed. However, some customers expressed concerns regarding the scooter's battery life, requiring frequent charging and providing an unclear range indicator. Additionally, the braking system received negative feedback, with reports suggesting it is ineffective and requires a significant stopping distance. Improvements to the braking system and battery life would enhance the overall user experience.

Better than renting a Byrd - I'm so happy with my buy!
I use this for a short commute to and from the train station. The ride is smooth and easy. I am always being stopped and asked about my fold-able scooter. I charge every night and have no problem with the battery life. It is a fun ride!

When I got the scooter, I had a lot of doubts. But once I turned that throttle on, I was amazed with it's torque and quietness. It's the scooter version of a Tesla. There is plenty of ride time. I went for an hour long trip on it with power to spare! Great scooter!!!

Razor could have made a good scooter if they provided minimally a bigger front wheel and suspension but they opted for cheap dissapointment. It's made of aircraft metal just like the kick scooter so when you go over bumps it rattles like crazy, has too much vibration so much that my hands and knees hurt while riding besides feeling like I might die because the rattling makes it hard to steer. The left thumb breaks dont work, and it really needs a headlight and it would be nice if it let you know the speed you were doing. Lastly, I dont know what Razor was thinking, they sell this for $379.99 but it feels like a $99 cheap scooter. For $379.99 it does not hold a candle to other scooters going for the same cost.

1st scooter would not turn off - then would not turn on - after 4 days use. Returned it and bought second. The power switch panel screw came off after 2 days. Called Razor for replacement - no replacement parts available for 4 to 6 months. Told me to return it to Best Buy. Scooter is ok when it works.
