No surprises here. A good quality simple appliance that does not look cheap, and actually is more efficient than the older larger microwave it replaced. I’m happy with it.

Love the microwave just wish I knew that it didn't have a button for quick minute or add additional 30 seconds.

Basic microwave with nice preset buttons. I think it came dented at the top but I didn't notice until later so I couldn't take it back.

It’s a nice size. We used it frequently and no issues. It’s a great microwave. The only con is handle leaves fingerprints and needs to be wiped down all the time.

Horrible experience with this microwave, or should I say "microwaves" since I had to return THREE of them. The first one overheated so much on the outside, it was red hot. I could have easily cooked an egg on it. So took that to the store and they ordered another one. The second one I got, the box had been re-taped, re-stapled, the bag wasn't fully on the microwave, the plate was loose inside, and two of the legs were missing. So I took THAT one back to the store and tried one more time. The third one was the same thing. It was shipped to my house only for me to find that it was a re-taped, re-stapled box. The bag wasn't fully on the microwave and the plate sounded BROKEN. Two of the legs were missing again and the other two were just little hard pieces of plastic. Obviously not the original legs. RCA is sending refurbished microwaves to places like Best Buy and selling them as new. Not Best Buy's fault in my opinion but I would avoid this microwave AT ALL COSTS!
