I purchased this TV online, the only place BestBuy has it available. It arrived very quickly in good condition. My son plans to use this TV to watch DVD's and as a large auxiliary monitor for his laptop. There are three HDMI connections but no USB port. The unit is lightweight and very thin but stable on its base, which attaches with screws. The instructions for setup and adjustments were easy to follow. Picture quality was good for a TV this size. The sound quality was only fair, but I had read reviews that prepared me for this. My son promptly attached the small portable speakers he already owns and pronounced it good.

This television has a great picture, but bad sound quality. I read the reviews and they were right about the sound quality, but we use as a bedroom tv so I was not highly concerned about the sound quality. It is pretty bad. I think it is due to speaker location. I am also no too fond of stand. The tv is tilted a little downward. I wish it swiveled.

I bought this television for my father for Christimas. It was an easy set up and has a good quality picture. My father hasn't had an HD television so he thinks it's great. As has been stated in so many other reviews, the sound quality is poor. The speakers are in the back. The set has an equalizer that can be used to improve the sound, but external speakers are suggested.

Okay, this tv is awesome when it comes to picture quality. the other reviews, were exaggerating the sound quality. The only thing about the sound that is bad, is that there is absolutely no bass whatsoever. Hook up a system to it and your golden. But mainly the problem with the speakers is that they are under the tv, facing down towards the surface the tv is sitting on. I cut a styrofoam cup into a quarter-pipe shape in order to redirect the sound towards the front. that fixed alot of what was wrong with the sound, making it acceptable in my book. It comes with a headphone jack, so if you want to wear those, it will work. Im thinking of picking up some wireless headphones, that should help out alot. The picture quality, after turning the color up to max, makes it look absolutely beautiful. Though you will need HDMI for the full experience. I picked up a 3 foot cable that works perfectly between my xbox 360 and the tv.

First i would like to say this is my first TV purchase, i was worried of others comments about the sound. The speakers are in the back of the TV so it is not the same as other tvs, although i find it to be quite well. I use it mainly for video games also with a headset, so the sound is not an issue for me. The picture is great, and it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

I use this tv/monitor to it's fullest computer TV gaming the hidef is awesome the biggest selling point was the earphone jack I can watch what I want and not bother any one else.

I bought this tv for my son for Christmas to put in his room. It is a perfect size and has great quality.

After setting up the TV and turning it on for the first time I immediately saw the TV was defective. There was a bad "pixel" in the upper middle area of the screen. Very frustating. Probably just bad luck on my part to get that particular TV with the defect, but I plan to return it and purchsae a different brand and model. I can't comment on the other aspects of the TV because once I saw the bad pixel I was done with it. So in summary, the purchase of this TV was a frustrating experience due to the bad pixel and the hassle of returning it to the store.
