||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed a number of these phones on Monday and enjoyed the loud speakerphone and nice ringtone, but after 5 days the phones stopped working. The phone would ring but it was impossible to pick up. Turns out lines 1 and 2 were blown so we plugged into lines 3 and 4 and it "worked" but we lost the use of the intercom and page function which is critical for our communication. Purchased a different phone brand and returned to Best Buy

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these phones and wanted to return them day one but the local store wouldnt let me. By far the most overly complicated and tedious setup ive ever had for a phone and i am definitely tech savvy. Everything about this phone from caller id set up to transferring calls to getting into your voicemail box is a royal pain in the butt. I finally got so fed up i just had all calls transferred to my cell phone.
