This remote can configure hundreds of devices. It will take you at least 30-60 minutes to setup a few devices as you must read how to setup each device. I used this remote to setup my new LCD Tv, onkyo receiver, Xbox 360, apple TV, etc. Xbox 360 had limited use along with apple TV but the main functions work. At least three different methods to program any device.

Found the remote easy to set up to control basic functions. A bit More difficulty on trying to program the dvd player but the 800hudred makes it a breeze. Very helpful and they were quick to answer.

I bought this product to replace the Samsung TV Remote. The setup was quite easy and it works like a charm. The instructions provided were adequate to pair the remote with the TV. No complaints.

I had recently misplaced my TV remote control which brought me to Best Buy in search for a replacement. Not simply did it control my TV, but it also worked well with my Roku and surround sound speakers. I would truly recommend buying this product instead of waiting for weeks for one to come from the manufacturer.

I purchased this remote to control multiple devices but a very happy discovery...it is an effective substitute for that ridiculous Apple TV remote. The only function that I cannot get this remote to duplicate is the “close open screens/apps”, But so far, everything else works and no more frustration with that stupid Apple TV touch remote.

I was so tired of having 3 remotes and trying to remember what to push to get the dvd player on etc. If you follow the directions it goes smoothly.

I have misplaced my original controller for my TV. (I'm still convinced that it will turn up.) So the obvious thing was to buy a universal remote. It is so wonderful because it will also control my DVD player and anything else I decide to connect. Now I have 1 controller and a "Tile" on it so that I can find it if i lose it again!

This universal remote has to be reset too often. The Television remote is used several times a day for my classroom activities. I bought the remote for the ease of changing from one setting to another. I have to still change the setting manually.

I really like this controller, got it so I could control all my devices and have a backup plan in case the kids lose the other controllers. Pretty easy to setup, only a little more complicated that previous Universal Remotes that I have bought. All-in-all I would have to say it's a good controller.

Bought a cheaper and smaller remote before...and while it did handle the major functions. The issue we really had was the ability to access the menu controls and the input selections. This handled things quite well and we can use it to attach other devices. A must for my wife, who, while technically capable, doesn't want to deal with a bunch of different remotes. My only down-tick is that the remote does appear to be cheap and not overly sturdy. That is an appearance though and it mainly because there is no weight to the thing. It is extremely light...which is not a bad thing..but it doesn't give you a sense of it's quality when you hold it...

This universal remote was great for turning the TV off and on, but worthless in changing the volume or channels. I have now ordered an OEM remote from the TV manufacturer. The programming issue may have been my error.
