This has a few lights that are placed in terrible locations and doesn't light the buttons much at all. You have to push the back light button in order for it to even work. If you just hit a number or anything other then the back light button it doesn't light up. Setup wasn't too hard, it did take me a about 3 minutes to make sure everything was setup. If you are looking for a remote and don't want to speed couple hundred bucks, this is an option, but I wouldn't recommend to a friend. For myself, I'll be returning it and looking for a better back lit remote.

I will have to contact the TV vendor to see if they can provide the accurate code. I could not turn on the TV with the closest code, but it did allow me to control the channels and volume. This remote should work well with newer TV's.
