    I was trying to replace an older model of the RCA universal remote. The new one wouldn't sync with my (admittedly old) devices. I just ended up having to make the old one last longer.

    We had issues with the one we bought. All the keys did not light up and a down button didn't work the way we thought it should. Granted we did not read all the instructions, so there may have been a step to take first. But it wasn't intuitive then.

    This remote is just ok. Buttons sometimes don’t work have to press more than once to get them to register . But it does the basic functions ok

    Several models of tv are not supported. I have several manufacturers and none were supported. Also if you had different access methods, you could not easily switch
