The remote is nothing special but it works with my smart tv and it was not costly

Needed a new controller for my television, this one wasn't very expensive and it works great!

Bought this as a spare for my TV and Blu-ray player, consolidating them into one remote, and keeping me from breaking the originals, as I seem to drop them off my TV table all the time. DVD player code was not on the provided list, but I was able to set it up easily through code search. A great remote which also happened to be really inexpensive. Originals are now safely in a drawer.

This remote does a good job, once you get it programmed. Pay very, very close attention to the instructions. They're not especially clear on the exact sequence of pressing buttons to program the remote. I nearly took this back to the store before I finally figured out what I was doing wrong.

The RCA Universal Remote performs as advertised. The television I have was missing the owner's manual as well as the remote control. That was no problem for the RCA Remote. I followed the step-by-step set up instructions and it was able to identify my TV and sync up to it without any problems. So far it works flawlessly. I did not have to spend a lot of money and now I have full remote access to the television.

works good. cant seem to get it to eject dvd's out of our player.

Does just what it is supposed to. Large keys are easy to use. Setup was quick and easy.

I programmed it for my girlfriend's tv (Vizio) and DVD player (Sony). It works like a charm! I would give it 5 stars but it doesn't work on her Dish controller.

This remote loses connection at least once a week. I have to reprogram it manually because it cannot find the Samsung television we bought it for. Very frustrating for my mother elderly mother. It does. Have nice big buttons.

maybe have less buttons for an elderly person .easy to set up

Originally purchased for back up living room remote, however but I could not find code for my AVR... Ended up using it in the bedroom instead, as I have a much simpler setup there. Nice night light feature and good size buttons.

The remote for my DVD player no longer worked. I guess it had been dropped too many times. I could push buttons on the console, but that only works for a couple of things. I went to BB and told them the brand and model number of my DVD and they fixed me up right away. I came home and easily programmed the universal remote. Works perfectly.

This remote is sturdy and does the job well. I've had no issues with it, and it's used by the entire family--it's gets wear but holds up!
