Cleaning your records is great because then your needle stays clean longer and your records play/sound better. I recommend this cleaning product for cleaning your vinyl. It works great and leaves your records sounding slightly clearer than before. The RCA Discwasher uses the vinyl record cleaning solution to clean the records by simply applying the solution to the leading edge of the applicator, making 3 revolutions around the record, and finally making three more revolutions with the other edge of the applicator to dry the record.

THis kit does what it is supposed to do, clean records. It's easy to use and works well for dust. I have a yellow lab and believe me, there is plenty of hair around. It works just OK with the hair.

Easy to use. Does a nice and simple job of cleaning vinyl. Yes it is basic, but gets the job done for a decent price.

What can I say, If you have vinyl, this is a must have. And vinyl appears to be back baby

Just started my own vinyl record collection after I found out they were still produced brand new. And quickly wondered how to clean them as they seem to build a bit of static sometimes and hair gets stuck to them. So far this cleaning kit has been used at lease a couple dozen times and leaves the record spotless every time.

A decent product for the price. Do not use too much liquid and carefully read the instructions before cleaning your vinyl. I've used this product for over 30 years. That is why I purchased it again. Note: Purchase only available online.

Same cleaner-brush that I remember from the 80s. Still effective to remove dust and fiber from those vinyl discs that need cleaning. The brush surface is now beige (rather than black from the 80s) which makes it difficult to see how much gunk was lifted from the record. Not a deep cleaner but more of a maintenance cleaning. But definitely a great way to take away the surface debris from you vinyl.

I have used DiscWasher Products for years, so I got what I expected. Delivery was on-time.

In olden tymes, when LPs were the reigning technology for hearing music in the home, I had a Discwasher. When I bought it, a little bottle of cleaning fluid came with it, and the Discwasher had a cutout in the handle where you could store the bottle. Those two features were a nice little feature that I appreciated. Now you buy the fluid separately from the Discwasher, and there's no cutout in the handle. The change is a cost-saver for the Discwasher company, but it seems chintzy to me. That change is why I'm not giving the product 5 stars. As far as I can tell, the Discwasher and the fluid still work as well as they ever did. I'd still recommend the Discwasher, I expect, but I'd tell my friend this story/warning.

I had a version of this cleaner 30 years ago. I was looking in Best Buy on line for a new cleaner and ran across it. I knew how well it did back then and had to have it. It works great on vinyl and cds. Use it every day.

Great product, my daughter loved it. I was a hero dad for the day.

I had an original discwasher back in the day and it was absolutely the best. This is still the same product and my old records that were stored in the garage for years are now clean as a whistle!
