The antenna had a great price with an easy set up. We quickly set it up. However, it took us a little time to figure out where the signal was best and which switch to use. But once we used it, the reception was excellent. But I must say that the look was very old fashioned, but that comes with the price. If you want a more modern looking antenna, then you can pay more, but excellent for the price.

I was looking for a cheap antenna since I live close to the city's broadcast towers. All local channels come in great, I even get a channel which is about 45 miles away that comes in great about 90% of the time. Pretty good product for the price. Easy to install.

The antenna basically works and the results are consistent with the online predictor. Most of my expected 20 or so stations originate some 12 miles away with line of sight obstructions to a first floor room of a wall, sash window, curbside tree, apartment building about 150 yards away and a substantial hill about a mile away. So I have added a few new stations and HDTV capability to a few more over my basic cable for a modest one-time charge. Like real estate: location, location, location.

I bought this to get the "free" channels while waiting for cable. I live in a highrise and it worked 32 floors up! I ended up giving it to my mom in the end and she loves it. She can pick up over 100+ channels that are super clear!

This antenna is as good if not better than my amplified flat antenna. The ears extend a long distance so even for weaker channels, it is able to pick up a signal. It's also cheaper than the amplified antennas.

I needed temporary tv reception until cable was to be installed. Used this for about 6 weeks - worked as expected. Was able to access basic stations / networks. Certainaly fulfilled needs and expectations at a very reasonable price - easy to set up too.

It's difficult to review a TV antenna like this, because how well it works really depends on your home's proximity to the TV signal. Also, I might get a great signal for over an hour, but I also might lose the signal in the middle of a program. Again, without knowing if it's the weather, the location or even the TV, I can't make an honest evaluation. Since I get several stations for free, I really can't complain. Two weeks of cable would cost more, although I really miss all the choices you get with cable or satellite. However, for local channels, if you're in the right area, this antenna is a good alternative, especially if you're on a budget, but I would suggest splurging for cable or satellite if you watch a lot of TV, since adjusting the rabbit ears can become very annoying.

Set up is quick and It works well enough to get local channels. If you're in the right area, this antenna is a good but Bad weather will make the picture cut in and out and Signal changes frequently

Antenna works as designed. Needed one for small TV without cable; brings in local channels. You may need to adjust and move some to fine the right spot for optimum reception.

The antenna works very well if you are close enough to the transmitters appx-15miles. If you are farther U will not be happy. The Exception seems to be if you live in a building several floors up (4+). works double the range.

I have a 7" TV that needs some sort of an antenna to receive reception. I had a different antenna that broke. I decided to spend a little more money for this antenna and it was worth the extra money for the better reception I now get. The dial helps to zero in on the reception. It works great if you are in a major city with local channels nearby. Still difficult if you are in rural areas.

I bought this for a customer of mine who wanted over the air network channels. This cheap antenna works much better than the antenna I purchased for over $60. I'm sure it has to do a lot with the location of his property. I didn't even have to extend the antennas all the way out.

Purchased this during a dispute between some local stations and DirecTV.
The antenna pulled in 2 out of the 4 stations I was not getting because of the dispute.
The 2 that it did not pull in were each about 30 miles out of town.
Very easy to set up and very good price but your stations need to be close to your home for this antenna to pick them up.

I had very little faith that a slightly more sophisticated pair of rabbit ears sitting on top of my TV would improve the quality and reliability of my TV's reception, but the difference with this model is amazing. I set it up according to the instructions (a 5-minute project), and I have made only a few minor adjustments to it for weeks -- a tweak once a week rather than a series of maneuvers several times an evening. I realize I'm lucky and the same antenna might not help someone else -- given their location, etc. -- but based on the difference this made for me, I would definitely suggest at least giving it a try, if you are at your wits' end adjusting your current antenna. The device is well-made, sturdy, and unobtrusive.

I am sure that if you live on the third floor or higher in an apartment complex this may work. But in my case it was not able to pull in the stations that I needed. I feel that I should not down grade the product, it should just state that you need to be on a higher level than the entry level of a home or ground level of an apartment complex.
