I shop for electronics only in the best buy. Because I trust only best buy. I return this item. I just want to say I never return item that is not working. This was my first experience with best buy that I bought something that is not working even 0.01%. Best buy should check the items before buy from manufactures. This product like I never attach to the TV. And I try to work this product for three different brands (Sony, Toshiba and Sharp).
