Inexpensive, capable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.once i bought my new 26'' samsung LCD tv, i asked for a HD antenna to go with it so I could recieve HD channels and other channels. I hooked this baby up and my new tv scanned over 20 digital channels and analog channels. Now i have the blurry anolog version of the channel which i dont use and the new HD version of the channel which is amazing. I just plug the antenna in and off it goes. I dont have to switch the dial or worry about messed up pixels. BUY THIS PRODUCT. NO NEED OF PAYING OVER $20 FOR AN HD ANTENNA.

Worth $15
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the "upgraded bunny ears", with antenna's and loop. Takes a little adjusting to find the best reception, make sure to adjust the knob as well, this makes a big difference. I live about 20miles east of columbus and get all locals at either 1080 or 720 reception, better than when I had the HD time warner (480). Well worth what you will save for dropping cable.

AWE...wait for it...SOME!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went out to get a more expensive unit then saw this one at the store and decided I would give this unit a shot and if I needed to spend more money than I would. I'm glad I did. Now my house is the home of free HD. (we should never have to pay extra for something{HD} that is free.) with a little patience I was able to get all the local HD channels as clear as cable. My advice to anyone with this unit re-scan each time you turn the fine tuning knob, once you have all of the channels that you want forget about it. Now if this unit would have come with an HDMI connection so you could get true HD it would have been perfect.

Good for basic reception but not for windy days.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple device which provides good reception. Very easy to use. May need a stronger device in windy areas otherwise you will have bad reception.

Great Antenna!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this antenna a few days ago for my Vizio TV. I only anticipated on getting about 3 channels. To my surprise, this antenna picked up over 30 channels!!! Even better, all of the local stations (abc, nbc, fox, CW) came in Full HD! This thing is great! Forget about signing up with Brighthouse now! I'm saving over $700/year by only having this antenna! Unfortuantely, I don't get my Buffalo Bills games, unless they play Jacksonville or Tampa!

Worked better than expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live on the southeastern fringe of the tower service in the Denver area (about 35 miles) and was told I would need an amplified unit by several sales people. I tried this one first and it works great! I get about 39 channels and they are clearer than they are on Dish Network. I would recommend this to try first, then see how it works before spending 50 more dollars on an amplified unit.

On & Off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With this price, design and quality is super nice! channel 2~13 is ok, but 18 to 44 is weak. You turn it on for 10 min., than it catches signal better.

Can watch tv, somewhat
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you really want to watch some basic channel programming this will do it but may leave you frustrated. Purchased to watch the 2012 olympics in my new house while deciding on cable/internet packages. Picture quality was great. Quickly became frustrated with reception quality due to pausing/skipping of shows. Ended up ordering cable service. Have not tested other antennas so cannot say if my poor experience was due to the antenna or to broadcast quality. If you want to avoid an expensive cable bill it's worth trying out.

Great value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this antenna for a 20 year old tube TV that I have in my office at work (no cable or satellite service). I'm using in conjunction with a analog-to-digital converter, and the reception is great. Well worth the low expense.

teriffic bargain
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are in the St Louis metro area and wanted to watch TV in our bedroom without shelling out another $100 for a sattelite receiver and additional monthly fees. I hoped to pick up a few local network channels with this antenna and was amazed when I hooked up the antenna and set the TV to search for stations. Without adjusting the antenna, I picked up 21 channels, all crystal clear and most in HD.

Great and affordable antenna for HD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This antenna is excellent for picking up local digital channels. I have not used it for FM radio, but the TV picture quality is essentially the same as HD. I highly recommend this product. I was prompted to buy it because my satellite provider still does not produce locals in HD yet. In addition, you can get local secondary channels for additional programming. Great price for this superior product.

This antenna is a keeper
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know nothing - zero about electronics and yet I managed to connect the antenna to my digital conversion box. I have very good reception despite rolling hills everywhere, but for one station I have to turn the switch. That is what the switch is there for. I waited until tomorrow to write my review. When I watched the news this evening, I did a channel scan and as of an hour ago, I now get the digital NBC local station. This is a great little antenna, the price is right and I am very happy with my purchase.

For the price, can't be beat (in my area)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in the Lincoln Square area of Chicago. I previously had a $30 amplified antenna from Radioshack that worked perfectly, but when I moved the towers must have been in a different direction or something and I was getting a miserable signal no matter how much I fiddled with the antenna. After trying several other amplified/"more powerful" antennas, I figured why not try it, it's cheap enough, and it worked. The reception isn't perfect and I had to mess with the placement/direction of the antenna for about half an hour, but when all was said and done it was the best antenna I could find without spending $100 and it was $12 with price match. Works for my needs.

Good antenna for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The upside: this antenna provides a great picture when combined with a HDtv The downside: not all available channels come in consistently or at all (but that may be a problem with the antenna reception where my house is located)

Works great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this antenna as a backup for when the weather is bad. Heavy rain causes our Directv to blank out in the Memphis area. Hooked it up this evening and added an additional 6 ft piece of coaxial to have more length. Ended up putting the antenna behind the plasma tv instead of by the window. Took off the extra piece of coax and some channels digitized - put the extra coax back on and clear picture. This should be great next time it rains hard.

Great Reception for the Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried 3 different indoor antennas for my Axion 7" LCD TV which is located in the kitchen. This was the only one that received all the major stations in my area. However it took me over 30 minutes of adjustments to position the antenna properly. My kitchen is in the center of the house and not near any windows. Tuning digital stations is very different that tuning analog stations. With digital a very slight movement with the antenna can cause you to receive the dreaded "NO SIGNAL" message. But patience does prevail. The ANT-121 model is well constructed and is worth the additional $5 over the cheaper ANT-111 model which is very flimsy.

Best value for your $$$ !
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure if its the HDTV or the antenna that did the magic, surely amazed by the quality of the HD channels that I started receiving using this antenna. I am getting almost 15 HD channels FREE of cost !!. BTW the TV is Sony 32XBR6 !

Great Antenna - under 10 miles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased one of these antenna's a month or so back right after I dropped cable. I did some research and found that I am within 10 miles from most of the signals in Milwaukee so I knew this onw should be fine and it has surpassed my expectiations. Please research before you get an antenna. If you are a long way away this will not work as well.
