Well it did nothing, it added no bars and didn't help in any way shape or form. Don't waste your money, mine is going back.

Posted .We are glad you have seen improvement in your network with your Reach Antenna. Reach Antenna has been extensively tested and is proven to increase LTE signal strength by up to 1.5X.
It is important to know that Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal but you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen so you may not realize what it is doing for you. The reason for this is that your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”.

I tried the Reach antenna to increase my reception strength, but it failed miserably. In fact, the reception strength seem to decrease. This product was highly ineffective. Back to the drawing board on this one!

I don't know if this is due to the service or the antenna not working, but I would not recommend it for any AT&T customers.

Posted .It’s important to know that the “bars” we all look at on screen are actually a very simplified way to show signal strength. Your true signal strength is measured in dB’s which are much more exact, and are translated into the “bars” we all know and love. dB’s use a logarithmic scale which is non linear like the earthquake scale, so you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5X signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full bar of improvement for your signal takes 10 dBs, which equals a VERY BIG 10X improvement in your signal. This means that often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.
